Overall good value, but disappointed in the broken items in a Marriott hotel.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A couple of items were broken. Alarm clock and a drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken. Loved the first breakfast staff, but when the staff changed tables were left dirty and potatoes were undercooked (couldn't eat).

A little noisy at night. We go to sleep early and got woke up by loud foot steps above us.

The room and location were great. Easy access to the highway.
Pros:

They did have biscuits and gravy on Saturday and that's my favorite.

Cons:

Breakfast food quality could be a little better. Breakfast options were limited and that's my only knock.

Nice area , overall great stay.
Pros:

I like that it was close to everything within the town , mountain view . The maintenance man & front desk was very friendly.

Cons:

There were a few days where the breakfast was cold , I felt like I was being kept an eye on while in the Cafe grabbing breakfast. My husband would ask for items such as toilet paper or trash bags from the aides in the hallway and they would seem irritated. This was until I asked them in spanish for the said items. The 2 bedroom suites need a second bathroom.

Nice apartment like rooms that were clean and comfortible
Pros:

So close to everything, had the family out for my moms funeral and they liked how comfortable, great bed quality and the breakfast was outstanding

Restaurants are a little far to walk

Pros:

Papas y huevo todos los dias, o huevo y sausage, necesitan mas variedad.
No tienen wafleras ni cremas de sabor para el café.

Cons:

No habia agua caliente ni suficiente body wash ni shampoo, las toallitas de manos rotas.
El primer sia todo buen a la hora del check in, el segundo dia la llave no habría, en wl lobby nos informaron que bloquearon la llave porque la reserva estaba a nombre de alguien más, cuando ya teníamos la llave y tidas nuestras pertenencias adentro.
Tardo poco mas de una hora para que activaran la llave, tratamos de habrir

Had a great stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the facilities clean. Room is large and comfortable. Quite location not far from grocery store and restaurants. Easy access to Highway 470. Great place to stay if you are going to Red Rocks for a concert! I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Property web site does not mention that they have a pool. We didn't pack our swimsuits because we thought they did not have a pool. They do!
