Pros:

מארחים נפלאים, מיקום מעולה , ארוחות בוקר נהדרות

Cons:

תחזוקת החדרים במצב לא טובה, בחדרים לא השלימו עבודות משלב בניה, בחדר שהיינו היתה תקלה בצנרת מים חמים שסיפקה מים לכיור כך שבכיור רחצה לא היו מים חמים.
שקעי חשמל לא במקומם ותלויים חופשי.
אין בחדר מתלים לבגדים,מגבות וכו'.

Pros:

Un pequeño hotel con mucho encanto en una ciudad, Berat, muy vibrante y llena de calles estrechas empedadas. Las casas están abigarradas. El hotel está en una ubicación excelente para ir caminando a cualquier parte. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas ya que es un edificio antiguo. Además desde la habitación tienes unas vistas formidables. El desayuno es copioso y muy rico.

Comfort, quiet and warm place in the most beautiful part of Berat
Pros:

The building is simply amazing, and the room is very beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean.
The breakfast was generous and fresh. The location is great, a few steps from the main road -- as our room faced the back of the building, it was very quiet. The balcony is quiet small, but it adds a nice touch to the room.

Cons:

We missed hooks for hanging clothes and a drawer or small shelf in the bathroom. It would also be nice to have some kind of bench to accommodate our luggage (and we had with us just two small trolleys)

Hermosa estadía en Berat!
Pros:

El Hotel es un edificio antiguo, muy bien acomodado. Impecable y acogedor.
El desayuno local y casero fue espectacular.

Cons:

El baño tiene una ducha sin división, asique cuando te bañas, se moja todo el baño.

Cosy, homely & affordable
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Jessica in particular was super helpful & friendly when we had a problem and had to stay an extra night.
We were very impressed with all the staff. The rooms were comfortable, the location was great and breakfast was very tasty which was included (we particularly enjoyed the rice pudding at breakfast with cinnamon)
Would highly recommend this hotel while in Berat. It was comfy and affordable!

Из плюсов — только расположение в самом центре и вкусные конфетки на ресепшене. На этом достоинства закончились.

Cons:

Выбирали гостиницу на Booking с фильтром по наличию парковки, но по факту ее у отеля нет в принципе. Нам предложили поискать место вдоль улицы, хотя в пешей доступности ничего нет. В итоге пришлось ставить машину на платный паркинг за 8 евро в 15 минутах ходьбы.

Вернулись в гостиницу уже в совсем нехорошем настроении, а при оплате картой выяснилось, что за это берут еще 3% комиссии. Короче говоря, персонал даже не пытался как-то сгладить ситуацию.

Сам номер тоже разочаровал: сантехника подтекала, а из-за шумного центра и плохой шумоизоляции выспаться не удалось. Завтрак самый базовый и невкусный.

Честно говоря, не понимаю, откуда у отеля высокие оценки — лучше поискать что-то другое.

A Stay to Remember!
Pros:

What a beautiful place! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful design and the warm, welcoming, helpful, and professional staff.
I stayed in an attic room, and the view from the window was simply priceless. The room itself was beautiful, with so much attention to detail. Huge congratulations to the interior architect — every little detail was thoughtfully considered and beautifully done.
A true little gem in such a beautiful city. I absolutely loved my stay!

Pros:

Die Lage ist Top. Man ist direkt an/ in den alten Stadtteilen ohne zu sehr steile Wege hoch zu gehen. Der Stadtbus hält ca 150 m entfernt. Zimmer sind hübsch. Ich hatte ein kleines Einzelzimmer und durfte früher einchecken. Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Für mich die beste Lage für Berat wenn man mit Bus reist.

Cons:

Die Dusche grenzt sehr an der Toilette an im kleinen Hotelzimmer und ist dadurch sehr eng gebaut.

Super bien para visitar Berat.
Pros:

El hotel es una monada. Es acogedor, céntrico, muy bien situado. El personal es muy amable, no tiene parking, pero el personal nos indicó donde se podía aparcar. El alojamiento tiene mucho encanto. La habitación y el baño súper nuevo y limpio. El desayuno es increíble, súper cuidado todo y muy rico. El desayuno no es bufet pero está súper bien. Te sirven todo en la mesa y está genial.

Cons:

A tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor.
