Pros:

צוות המלון הינו מצויין. הגברת אשר בקבלה,ושמה,HAIFA, יוצאת מן הכלל בשירות וביחס האנושי שלה.נדירה.
ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה וכך גם ארוחת הערב,מיקום המלון טוב מאד,והחניה במקום נוחה,החדרים גדולים ומרווחים.בקיצור נהנינו מאד מהשהות במקום.

Cons:

הבריכה קטנה מעט לגודל המקום.אך הים כל כך קרוב שזה מפריע פחות למי שאין לו ילדים קטנים.

Cons:

The pool, small, packed with people for it's size, and it's shared with the nearby hotel making the experience awkward. On top of that the room service quality would change daily, sometimes it's amazing sometimes it's OK and bare minimum

מיקום מצוין, צוות אדיב, יש הכול אבל מרגישים פחות המולה ממלון ענק
Pros:

צוות אדיב ומקצועי, נקי, מעוצב יפה ויש נוף לים לדעתי מכל חלון. עיצוב חכם בתוך החדרים ושל המלון בכללותו. הייתה חניה מקורה ללא תשלום ובחום הזה זו פריבילגיה.

Cons:

מרפסת בצד אחד לא ננעלה, בריכה קטנה לא מוצלת משותפת עם מתחם דירות, ארוחת בוקר צנועה אבל טובה.

אני רוצה להמליץ בחום על המלון, שעלה על כל הציפיות שלנו והפך את השהות שלנו לבלתי נשכחת.
כבר מרגע ההגעה קיבל את פנינו וישאם, עובד המלון, בחיוך רחב, במאור פנים ובאדיבות יוצאת דופן. ההקפדה שלו על כל פרט קטן, הנכונות לעזור בכל דבר והדאגה האמיתית לכך שנרגיש הכי בנוח שאפשר, הפכו את הצ'ק-אין ואת השהות כולה לנעימים וזורמים במיוחד.
רמת השירות של וישאם ובכלל במלון היא פשוט נדירה ובסטנדרט אחר לחלוטין. מרגישים בכל רגע מחדש שיש מי שדואג לאורחים מכל הלב, מתוך מקצועיות ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
ללא ספק נחזור לכאן שוב, וממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש אירוח שקט, מפנק וברמה הגבוהה ביותר!
