I had a truly wonderful stay. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and from the very beginning I felt comfortable and well taken care of.

The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything was very well maintained, spotless, and exceptionally clean. It was clear that great attention was given to every detail.

What I appreciated the most was the warm and friendly atmosphere. I felt completely at home during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable experience, and I would be very happy to return in the future.

Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft mitten im Kern von Murten. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter, jedoch ist alles sehr sauber und die Preisleistung ist super. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch für die Velos gab es einen guten Platz.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist einfach und zweckmässig, eher klein aber sauber. Das Bad auf dem Gang ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Altstadt hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Das ist keine Kritik (weil wir kein Problem damit hatten), aber vielleicht gut zu wissen: Die engen Treppen in den vierten Stock eignen sich nicht für Menschen, die schlecht zu Fuss sind. Dies sollte bei de3 Zimmerbeschreibung klar ersichtlich sein.

Pros:

Der Empfang war ausserordentlich freundlich. Wir haben eine Flasche Wasser für das Zimmer bekommen und uns wurde alles freundlich erklärt. Zudem haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen, dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken! (Vom Zimmer ohne Bad zum Zimmer mit eigenem Bad) Zudem hatte es Früchte im Zimmer.

Cons:

Es hatte kein Duschgel im Spender und die Dusche selbst liess sich nicht optimal schliessen. Der Duschkopf müsste mal entkalkt werden.

Sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen mit Zimmer in den Hinterhof, ideal, ruhig, aber im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Kein Frühstück, aber in Café in der Nähe, jedoch "sehr mager" (nicht frisches Brot)

Cons:

War ok für eine Nacht.

Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Sie haben mir bei meiner Ankunft sogar einen Welcome Drink angeboten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist sehr sauber. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

SENSATIONELL!!
Pros:

Wir wurden überaus freundlich begrüsst. Der Service war sensationell!! Man hat sich gefühlt, als ob man der einzige Gast wäre (dass war jedoch nicht so)... alle waren tiefenentspannt und überaus zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war oberlecker!!

Cons:

ich kann nichts beanstanden. Von A - Z war unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt!!
