Pros:

El personal de recepción muy amables. Siempre atentos y predispuestos a ayudar.

Super wyjazd, blisko dosłownie wszędzie - lokalizacja jak na Stambuł wyjątkowo dobra bo tylko czasem jest pod górkę :)
Pros:

Popsuła się nam klimatyzacja, mieliśmy problem z drzwiami - ale wszystko zostało natychmiast rozwiązane.
Jak to mówią - nie ważne jak się zaczyna - ważne jak się kończy.

the cleanliness when entering the rooms is quite good, the location is close to Kapali Carsi, the breakfast is good, the staff in the kitchen are nice and pleasant.

Cons:

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were transferred to another facility across the street, which is not part of the hotel nor is it similar to the hotel itself. The rooms in that facility are satisfactory, clean. Considering that it is a different building, we used a different entrance, the door was closed (we only got one key for 8 people), the lock on the door of the room did not work, so we could not lock the room at all. The reception staff was not very pleasant, uninterested in customers, we waited in the lobby for two hours beyond the agreed time to enter the rooms, although he was close the whole time, the receptionist didn't even remember to say that the rooms were ready until we asked a couple of times.

Desayuno muy bueno, ubicacion central. Los baños estan bastante descuidados. LLaves de ducha rotas, las challas tapadas y poca presion de agua. En general falta mantecion y modernizacion a los baños

Top Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Personal sehr ok.

Cons:

Obwohl in schmaler Seitengasse gelegen, beginnt reger Geschäftsverkehr sehr zeitig (vor 5 Uhr) und ist laut. Keine Schallschutzfenster.
Obwohl es ab 7:30 Frühstückgeben soll, ist das Sortiment kaum vor 8 Uhr vollständig.
