Lo stato della camera, non proprio nuova (la sedia per esempio era decisamente spellata), l'assenza la prima e l'ultima sera di un kit di cortesia per il bagno, che è stato rifornito solo una volta.
Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più.

Abbastanza bene!
Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il luogo di interesse, la camera era spaziosa e letto comodo! Colazione buona a buffet e riportavano le cose come finivano, molto attenti! La sera abbiamo conosciuto Diego, il portiere del turno di notte, una persona squisita e molto gentile!

Cons:

Premesso non ricordo se avevo o meno prenotato il parcheggio, però in teoria dovrebbe esserci per tutti gli ospiti. Non è così. Il fatto aggiuntivo che costa la bellezza di 20 euro al giorno! Per fortuna ne abbiamo trovato 1 a pochi metri dall'albergo ed era molto più conveniente! Altra pecca, siamo arrivati per il check in e c'era un altra coppia in attesa più altri arrivati a seguito.. Reception deserta!!! È solamente passata una persona (non so il suo ruolo ma comunque dipendente dell'albergo) che ci dice che il portiere sarebbe arrivato quanto prima era con gli altri ospiti a far vedere dove parcheggiare (nel parcheggio dell'Hotel). Ecco... Visto che era ora di check in ed era previsto un numero di ospiti importante visto il concerto che c'era di li a poche ore, magari avere un aiuto per velocizzare la cosa e non la lasciare isolata per più di 15 minuti la reception sarebbe stato gradito, sopratutto da un 4 stelle!
P. S. Io ed il mio compagno avevamo addirittura fatto il check in online per fare prima!!!
