Really nicely done up. A good location, just a little far from the metro. Staff great.
Breakfast was very good, and the people cooking & serving it (Deanna, Rodrigo & Neme) were very nice and helpful in every way. The room was well appointed & comfortable.
Kitchen facilities were incomplete - we couldn't cook there.

Beim Frühstück ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben!
Der Kaffee war nicht wirklich genießbar und das Omelett war meistens kalt.
Und es dauerte ewig mit der Zubereitung.
Am Waschbecken kam anfangs nur kaltes Wasser.
The staff were kind throughout our stay and were quick to respond to our messages. The room was large, comfortable, and bright.
Personally, I prefer the Condessa and Roma Norte areas, but there are still good options for restaurants and cafes here, and it's easy to access the metro and the other main city areas.
The room was for two people, but there was only one hand towel; we had to ask for more towels twice.
Breakfast options are limited and takes a while to be prepared, but on the positive side they were able to prepare a snack for us when we had a tour before breakfast time.

The breakfest is ok.
Outstanding location in Zona Rosa, nearly new hotel - moderate walking distances to many of the central MEX 'tourist' sites. A number of great resto choices within walking distance - do check out the wine bar across the street: reservations a must for dinner though glasses of wine can be enjoyed on the street ! Metro is a 10 minute walk but can not beat the price to/from the airport @ < $US0.50 . . . a fabulous daytime choice for the hardy traveller.

The Mattress was not good, my head was lower than my feet, at night there was a noise from the pool that kept me awake but to be fair I told them about it and the next night they switched off. The towels and the linen were stained
Superb location, near new hotel with numerous amenities - rooftop terrace provides a comforting respite from the bustle of the street. Friendly, helpful staff - relaxed breakfast dining area. What's not to like !
More than met our expectations, no single issue to dislike.
Clean and modern rooms with a nice rooftop deck. Breakfast was simple but good and staff are friendly. Felt safe.
There were a few odd things about this property - not enough towels to provide one for the pool, the linens and towels were grey tinged and a bit ratty from overuse, we were charged for coffee pods because we requested them when they were not replaced during daily housekeeping, the insulation is quite poor on the interior of the building so you can hear every coffee being made from 7am. We also requested an iron and board and had to follow up multiple times to be told that they don’t have enough ironing boards. Additionally, a housekeeper opened and unlocked our door without knocking at 9am.

The fact air-con didn’t work for 4 nights and I had staff constantly in my room trying to fix it and it never worked
