Pros:

Największą zaletą jest lokalizacja, personel oraz możliwość korzystania z dachu hoteliku.

Cons:

Good value and much better than a lot of cheaper places in Istanbul
Pros:

Clean, cozy room. Location close the centre and many attractions but still not in the middle of it - and that is a plus. You can walk a little bit and find cheap places to eat, like kebab for 80 TRY.
Wifi was good enough for remote work. There is a terrace on the roof it has a very nice view, also some chairs and tables to chill or to work.

Cons:

The terrace has nice views, but it is totally abandoned and not cleaned. The floor is very dirty. I really don't understand this. It is not so hard to mop the floor and clean tables sometimes. You have such nice place, you should upkeep it and use as your main selling point.

Cons:

I almost could have missed the flight. I could not find anyone to handover my keys during check out, even my baggage to bring back in the ground floor. Later, I went to the following cafe and handed over all the keys.

Facile da trovare! Personale veramente simpatico e cordiale! Vicino ad un punto di ristoro dove ho potuto comprare street food veloce per cenare in camera… un piccolo bar nella struttura stessa dove fare il check-in…

Cons:

Quando non riuscivo ad aprire il portone ho avuto un attimo di suspence.. ci sarei riuscito lo stesso ad aprire ma il personale in servizio nel bar è venuto a spiegarmi come far funzionare l’apertura.. bastava spingerla a sé mentre digitavo il codice: ci siamo fatti due risate e via! Non mi è piaciuta la suspense ma è nei miei pensieri per il momento divertente del mio viaggio!

Perfekt für einen Trip
Pros:

Wir haben drei Tage mit meiner Frau im Vento Hotel verbracht und waren insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat vor allem eine mega gute Lage – die Nähe zu Eminönü ist ein riesiger Vorteil. Wir sind jeden Tag zu Fuß nach Eminönü gelaufen, weil man von dort aus praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten super mit Bus, Tram oder Boot erreichen kann. Gerade für einen Städtetrip ist die Lage wirklich ideal.

Das Zimmer war für den Preis absolut angemessen sauber und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen auf Booking. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden: Badetücher, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Fön usw. Wir hatten bei der Buchung außerdem die Option gewählt, für ca. 5 € mehr ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick zu bekommen – das hat sich definitiv gelohnt.

Ein echtes Highlight ist die Terrasse im 4. Stock mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Morgens haben wir uns meistens einen Kaffee oder Cappuccino im Hotel-Café geholt (als Hotelgast bekommt man sogar eine Vergünstigung) und den Tag entspannt auf der Terrasse gestartet.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch die Rezeption und die Hotelführung. Alle waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und sind sofort auf Anliegen eingegangen.

Insgesamt kann ich sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich sehr gut ist. Für einen Istanbul-Trip würden wir definitiv wiederkommen.

Cons:

За день до заселения отель написал что у них нет свободных комнат. Хотели переселить в другой отель но не через букинг.Не хотели отменять и возвращать деньги, только после 4х дней!!! И 3х часовых звонков в службу поддержки букинга и нескольких гневных сообщений бронь была отменена и инициирован возврат денег. Отель общались ужасно, пытались заставить отменить меня бронь ( деньги бы в таком случае не вернулись ), постоянно кормили обещаниями и просто не хотели отменять. Буквально писали, что не хотят отменять. Трубку от букинга они не брали и на их сообщения не отвечали. Не тратьте свое время
