Not recommended for people to book this place
What stood out the most for us was the incredibly friendly staff as well as the consistently outstanding meals. Kudos to the chef!!! The view of the ocean each evening after our day trips with the moon rising over the Indian ocean was spectacular. The pool was lovely as well!
It took a little time for the hotel to fulfil our request of all individual beds for everyone in our family but they did meet it.

The rooms were very nice and spacious with a nice outdoors shower.
The restaurant wasn't really at the level we expected. Quality of food wasn't great and staff not super accommodating.

Prezzi piuttosto alti del menu del ristorante considerando la zona, poca privacy appena sotto la struttura sulla spiaggia beach boys molto insistenti e pressanti nella vendita di oggetti
L'emplacement est exceptionnel, le restaurant en face de la piscine et la mer, dans un cadre arboricol exotique.
Le personnel est très sympathique ( flora, mwana...) et attentif à nos préoccupations.
Les chambres sont très propres, et bien entretenues.
Le petit déjeuner correcte.
Les repas du restaurant délicieux et quantitatif.
La proximité avec l' île de mnemba est un atout.
Nous recommandons vivement...
Les prix des excursions proposés par l' hôtel étaient significativement trop élevés par rapport à ceux des agences qui réalisent en réalité ces excursions..
O facto de ser mesmo junto a uma praia que é um paraíso. Jardins muito bonitos e bem cuidados.
O apartamento precisa de algumas pequenas reparações. Os funcionários podiam ser um pouco mais empáticos, conforme fomos sendo habituados por todo o Zanzibar. Apesar disso apreciamos a nossa estadia e a nossa passagem por este local!

L’hôtel est parfait, avec un accès direct à la plage. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le petit restaurant est également très appréciable. Je recommande à 100%
Soggiorno meraviglioso , coccolati da uno staff eccellente, sempre pronto a venire incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta o bisogno. La cucina è ottima, la colazione buona ed abbondante. A reggeli egyhangúsága, 10 napon után már érezhető volt.
Hotel in una posizione splendida, direttamente sulla spiaggia, e struttura che sembra nuova e molto bella.
Il primo problema è stato già all’arrivo: avevamo prenotato e pagato una camera matrimoniale Deluxe da 25 m², ma ci è stata assegnata una Standard senza che nessuno verificasse la prenotazione. Dopo la mia segnalazione, prima mi è stato detto che non ne erano a conoscenza, poi che la Deluxe aveva un problema al condizionatore e che sarebbe stata disponibile nei giorni successivi. Ho insistito, visto che avevo pagato per quella camera, e incredibilmente dopo circa due minuti ci è stata consegnata la Deluxe. Difficile non chiedersi cosa sia successo in quei due minuti.
Anche durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato diverse mancanze. Gli asciugamani per i lettini a bordo piscina spesso non erano disponibili al mattino e bisognava richiederli, aspettando poi parecchio per riceverli. Il classico pole pole qui sembra applicarsi anche ai servizi.
In camera, nei primi giorni, l’acqua calda durava appena circa cinque minuti. Inoltre, per 3 volte in 7 giorni, dopo la pulizia della stanza mancavano gli asciugamani da doccia e siamo dovuti andare a richiederli alla reception.
Anche il ristorante non ci ha particolarmente soddisfatti: la qualità del cibo non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, tanto che abbiamo utilizzato principalmente il servizio di colazione.
La camera Deluxe, una volta ottenuta, era invece molto bella e spaziosa, con un grande terrazzo affacciato sul giardino e sul ristorante.
In sintesi: posizione fantastica, struttura bella e apparentemente nuova, prezzo molto buono, ma gestione e servizi decisamente da migliorare. Ci sono troppe piccole disattenzioni per un hotel di questo livello, e soprattutto l'episodio della camera all'arrivo lascia una pessima impressione.
Ci tornerei? DECISAMENTE NO!
