Excellent food, clean rooms, exceptional staff
Pros:

The property is clean, the food is excellent, but what stood out for us was the amazing staff who did everything to make our stay exceptional. Could recommend to anyone

بوريس الرجل المثالي في المكان المثالي
Pros:

الفندق جميل جدا وهادئ وراقي الموظفين بشوشين وخدومين لا انسى مدير الفندق بوريس كان في غاية الادب واللباقة واللطف والاحترام المدير متواجد طوال الوقت وكل ماشاهد ضيف استقبله بابتسامة يسأل اذا كان هنالك قصور في اي من الخدمات

Best hotel in puncak for family and gatherings
Pros:

Hotel is kids friendly good wonderful ambience.

Cons:

Food could be improve and 1 of the staff (not all) was a bit rude. During our first day of dinner, he was showing level of inpatient, fustration and was always on his phone when we are ordering food.
