Very honest staff at the hotel - After having left Sarajevo we discovered that the parking fee was charged twice to the credit card, bot together with the initial room payment and as a separate charge at check-out. I sent a message to the hotel about this double charge and the were quick to realize the mistake and a week later I saw the the separate payment done at check-out was returned to my credit card.

Cons:

The single beds in our room were a bit too narrower and too hard compared to my preferences.

An diesem Wochenende überteuert aber sonst für Sarajevo und die Lage TOP!
Pros:

Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Bascarsija und ist gut erreichbar.
Klimatisiertes Hotel, Klimagerät im Zimmer. Modernes Zimmer, Bett wirklich gut!
Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Badezimmer ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen im Restaurant haben sich extrem laut über private Sachen unterhalten was in aller Früh wirklich für die Gäste störend war.
