Pros:

Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Man ist nicht mitten in der Stadt, hat aber eine sehr gute S-Bahn und Bus Anbindung.
Das Zimmer war für uns absolut ausreichend und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es sollten Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad geschaffen werden.
Eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden. Ein Standlüfter steht zur Verfügung. War für uns ausreichend, da es nicht sehr heiß war zu unserer Reisezeit.

Appartamento adatto a brevi soggiorni
Pros:

Appartamento carino ben tenuto, con macchina dell’espresso con anche le cialde, tè, olio, sale e pepe.

Cons:

Ma non essendoci una reception, le istruzioni che avevamo erano poche e nn chiare. Difficoltà nell’individuazione dell’appartamento assegnato, codice di accesso scritto nella mail di conferma non ben visibile e comunque non apriva la porta dell’appartamento, difficoltà nel capirci per risolvere il problema, ( sono intervenuti anche dei ragazzi italiani da molti anni a Copenaghen per darci una mano, e anche loro in difficoltà)più telefonate con diversi interlocutori.
Wi-Fi presente ma nell’appartamento nn vieta riportata la psw.
L’appartamento carino ma manca dí qualche ripiano o mobiletto nel bagno
Posizionato in periferia ma poco distante dalla metro. Venduta non delle migliori, anzi.

Cozy and good facilities for a longer stay. Including conditioner in the shower! Clean and modern, close to sluseholmen metro station.

Cons:

Ground floor room next to building site so always noise and/or people looking in/walking past. No easy way to drain washing up on small countertop. Sharp bedpost cut my leg

Pros:

Położenie naprawdę idealne, jeśli się nie mieszka w samym centrum. Niebieska linia metra M4 ( przystanek Sluseholmen ), nie dość, że blisko, to była tą linią, która okazała się dla nas najbardziej używaną ze względu na nasze potrzeby.

Cons:

Jeśli mogłabym doradzić, to półki w łazience. W naszym pokoju co prawda była łazienka przystosowana na wózki inwalidzkie, więc myślę, że każdy doceniłby jakieś półki na przybory kosmetyczne. Niestety w łazience jest tyko zlew, gdzie mieści się jedynie szczoteczka i pasta do zębów.

Nice clean apartment fully equipped with everything necessary, close to a metro station
Pros:

The apartment is new and clean, equipped as presented (kitchenette, fridge, microwave, iron etc.). The room was spacious, possible to open the window. The place is just 5 min walk from a metro station, there is a nice bakery nearby, supermarket. The connection to airport (by metro) is very good (one change only). Overall, this part of the city seemed ok.

Cons:

The place is several metro stations away from the center, which was ok for me, but should be considered upon booking. Otherwise, everything was good.

Comfort, spacious and clean

Cons:

When I asked for a check-out around 7 pm, they requested not only the full daily rate, but a price 80% higher than a full night’s stay. In other words, two nights cost 3,500 DKK, while for the period from 11 am to 7 pm they asked for 2,400 DKK.

The online management staff were not very attentive in providing assistance, but instead kept giving standard replies regardless of what was being requested.

Validissimo monolocale
Pros:

Sono dei veri e propri monolocali con tutto il necessario per soggiornare più o meno giorni a Copenhagen. La struttura è anche posizionata perfettamente, nelle vicinanze di metro e università.

Cons:

Solo piccolezze, come alcune macchie su tessuti delle tende e legno del tavolo, dovuti sicuramente a la noncuranza di ospiti precedenti più che dello staff della struttura. Se ci fosse bidet, lavandino più grande e appoggio per i piedi in doccia sarebbe davvero perfetto.
