Great location, very clean , but I would say very pricey for what was offered.
Pros:

Location was excellent, in the main centre of the city, very safe. East walking distance to syntagma square Monasteraki
The famous Ermou shopping strip

Cons:

The Bathroom was exceptionally small and cramped, shower recess very small and could become slippery.
The breakfast which they charged 7.50 euro each for was very below average. Lucky there were excellent bakeries close by.

Great find in a very large city
Pros:

Perfect location, helpful staff with 24 hr desk coverage. Very safe, lovely rooftop view of the acropolis. Elevator!
Quiet despite being in very busy area
Be prepared that cabs from airport may not know exact location. They can drive up the street. It is not pedestrian only but is narrow

Great location and value for the money.
Pros:

I booked this hotel based on the location. It was a good central location for a one night stay in Athens after returning from the islands but wanted a one night buffer before travel back to the US.
There was a rooftop with nice views of the Acropolis. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. There was a delicious bakery right down the street that had a line of people whenever they were open.
I only had time to get breakfast items while I was there, but totally understand the line.

Cons:

The elevator was very small. Thankfully we were in the first floor and didn’t have to use it often. But it barely fit a person and their luggage.

Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. Rooms were clean and well cared for. They do ask to keep the key when you leave but we didn't find this to be inconvenient at all. There was always someone at the desk and they were very quick to retrieve it for us.

Cons:

Even the upgraded room was quite small. There is an elevator but it is very small as well. The staff are extremely accommodating about the size of the room and offer a storage space to hold any empty bags after we unpacked. This helped significantly.
