que maravilla de sitio
Pros:

La piscina y la habitación, limpieza y confort. Trato excelente de los trabajadores

Cons:

Tener que irme de allí y que está un poco apartado, pero entiendo que ese tipo de instalación así está mejor

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und bemüht! Es war alles sehr sauber.

Nicht so gut gefallen haben uns nur die Bezüge der Bettdecken, da wir jeden Morgen zum größten Teil nur noch mit der Bettdecke ohne Bezug wach geworden sind, was wir nicht so angenehm und hygienisch empfunden haben.

Pros:

La tranquilidad de la piscina y la no masificacion. Las actividades para niños aunque cambian según a conveniencia de algunos monitores.

Cons:

La poca variedad en el buffet, la suciedad en lugares comunes de piscina, la falta de bebidas, y productos ofertados en todo incluido. En las habitaciones la moqueta esta asquerosa, y la ropa de cama con manta y edredón no se entiende a 40 grados en el mes de julio.
No hay actividades de noche, a las 23.00 el hotel queda muerto y luces apagadas, nada de conciertos y actividades programadas para adultos.

Repetiré siempre.
Pros:

- El trato del personal. Tanto en recepción, como en todo el hotel. Mención especial a David, Oscar y Cristian (profesionales, simpáticos y muy agradables)
- Los cafés de David. De los mejores de mi vida ;)
- La piscina y su ambiente. Es una pasada. Gracias a Maca y la chica rubia del pelo largo y liso de animación!
- La comida. Aquí siempre se come bien!
Llevo muchos años eligiendo este hotel para mis vacaciones, fui para una semana y una vez más, acabé ampliando estancia!

Cons:

- La moqueta en las habitaciones. Está obsoleta.
- Hamacas y mobiliario de piscina necesitan algo mas de limpieza.
- He notado respecto a otros años que la animación por las noches sobre todo entre semana era escasa por no decir nula, si no fuese por los partidos de las finales del mundial y la gente tan agradable con la que coincidí allí, no había mucho más que hacer que tomar algo en la Tertulia. Otros años había actuaciones musicales, de magia o monólogos de humor. Sería interesante volver a contratar este tipo de animación nocturna.
- El precio del parking, 15 euros por día lo veo excesivo. Y el aparcamiento allí suele estar algo complicado en temporada alta. Como sugerencia, estaría bien descuentos en estancias largas o clientes habituales.

L'hôtel est beau et dans un endroit calme.
Le personnel de réception est très gentil et professionnel.
La piscine est super, les employés mettent une super ambiance avec la musique sans pour autant gêner. Nos enfants ont adoré !
La suite était très spacieuse et la literie confortable.

Cons:

La télé ne connectée est vraiment dommage.
Nous en avions 1 connectée dans la chambre parentale mais la qualité de la wifi était trop mauvaise pour qu'elle fonctionne.. de même pour nos téléphones la connexion au wifi était compliqué car mauvaise qualité dans la chambre.
Autre point, nous avons une cuisine dans la suite mais sans verre, couverts, assiettes ou autres donc nous n'avons pas compris l'intérêt...

À part ces quelques points tout était super, nous avons quand même passé un très bon séjour !
