Pros:

The entire hotel was clean. The carpet was fluffy.

Cons:

The toilet was a bit cheap. The bed was a bit small. The scent at the lobby was a bit strong. There was no outlet to charge my computer at the restaurant.

Het vriendelijke personeel, goede service, de kamer, het ontbijt en andere maaltijden, gunstige locatie.
Van binnen een mooi hotel.

Cons:

Dat we buiten onze kamer met een zekere regelmaat dag en nacht een zwaar geluid hoorden (dacht eerst dat het onze ventilator was maar dat was niet zo) en dat het soms leek of er iemand in onze kamer gerookt had (waarschijnlijk ventitatoesysteem?)

De buitenkant van het hotel mag wel iets kleurrijker, oogt somber, past niet in het straatbeeld.

Advies: muurschildering, meer bomen

Decent Hotel, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. Reasonable choice at breakfast, although I was charged extra because I wanted a latte? Go figure????

Cons:

Not sure if it was just the floor we were on but it was quite noisy.

Een mooie hotel en de locatie is ook goed.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is goed, een mooie hotel en dichtbij van het ziekenhuis, Markt en de Mall en de personeel zijn allemaal aardig en professioneel.

Cons:

Toen ik 3 nachten bij dit hotel alleen in de badkamer was veel mieren maar kan dit snel behandeld worden .

The room and hotel were clean and looked brand new.

However, I was disappointed with the service during our arrival. This was our first time staying at the hotel, and no one came to welcome us. My husband had to take the initiative to put our luggage onto the trolley by himself until one staff member eventually noticed. Meanwhile, I saw many staff members gathered in the restaurant but not paying attention during arrival to put our luggage.

Please improve your service, as there was a clear lack of friendliness and need a lot of training.
