Exceptional experience :)
Pros:

Customer service 10/10! Juan David at reception went above and beyond when I mentioned that I hadn’t slept well because some Israeli guests were not respecting the hostel’s rules. I was actually planning to leave that day, before my reservation ended, and I wasn’t asking for anything, but he genuinely cared about my experience and relocated me to a better room so I could rest. That small gesture completely changed my stay, and thanks to Juan David, what could have been a disappointing experience became an excellent one. This is real customer service! Gracias, Juan David y Jacqueline, who also helped me out during my first days. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Medellín because of them!

It’s okay
Pros:

Boa localização com bons restaurantes pertos

Cons:
