Quarto não tem ar condicionado, chuveiro ruim, quarto fedendo cigarro, tv não funciona direito, muito ruim pelo preço que paguei além de que diz que tem estacionamento incluso e não é, tem que pagar, funcionário que fica a noite sem educação, deveria trabalhar com animais, não atendendo turistas e clientes

Não tem elevador, ficamos hospedadas no terceiro andar, muitas escadas,não servem café da manhã,não tem sala de espera na recepção.
