Cons:

Мне не понравилось, то что через Booking я оплатил за семейный номер (так как он больше , соответственно дороже) а по факту мне дали самый маленький номер.
Я так понимаю возьми там люкс ( оплати его) все равно получишь обычный.
Я задал вопрос , на что мне ответили все номера заняты. Я показал что оплатил семейный . В ответ вы же один?
Какая разница один или двое , я оплатил номер . Мне дали другой много хуже

Отличный отель, в который хочется вернуться
Pros:

Останавливалась здесь недавно и осталась довольна. Понравилось буквально всё:
* Персонал: Очень приветливый, внимательный и отзывчивый. Заселение прошло быстро и без задержек, на все вопросы всегда отвечали с улыбкой.
* Номер: Чистый и уютный. Постельное белье свежее, матрас и подушки очень удобные — спалось идеально.
* Расположение отеля отличное, всё рядом метро, супермаркет, кафе.

I booked the hotel for 3 nights but I left on the second night, because I couldn’t stay there any more

Excellent stay, Kadir front desk Manger welcoming and responsive, Sevinc & Nezaket also.
Pros:

The hotel in a quite road, few meters to restaurants cafes bars shops, Mc Donald, Osmanbey Metro stations and frequent buses around the corner, Banks, Starbucks, Carrefour and shopping near by. The hotel rather small well furnitured and maintained, good internet, excellent room service and cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ήσυχα, άνετα, ότι πρέπει για ένα γρήγορο ταξίδι.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, καθώς υπήρχαν πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό τριγύρω. Επίσης υπήρχαν μαγαζιά για νυχτερινή διασκέδαση και πρωινό. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπήρχαν στάσεις λεωφορείων και μετρό.

The concierges were polite and helpful but truly should learn English.
Pros:

I liked that we were on the first floor and they gave us two rooms instead of one with 3 beds.

Cons:

The beds were hard and the door for the balcony was extremely hard to open so if I wanted to dry something I couldn't
