The location is good in a forestry area. Very nice. We knew it was far from the city, but we booked there on purpose. The surrounding is very nice. The room was clean.
The hotel is rated 4 stars, but the service does not reflect that : It's more like a motel. Upon arriving Friday evening (20h), both the bar and reception were entirely closed. Next morning, they reminded closed : no services at all during our stay.
Even though the booking stated coffee and tea r included, the room only had two tea bags. When trying to use a poorly functioning coffee machine downstairs, staff appeared only to demand payment. The overall customer service was dismissive, and basic requests, like an iron or toilet paper, were met with visible annoyance. Furthermore, there was no room cleaning or staff presence in the guest areas for 3 days, and rooms lack a fridge. Because the hotel is isolated in the woods, leaving the property was the only option to find anything.
The venue seems to prioritize weddings over regular guests, as full service and breakfast were only available to wedding attendees. Guests traveling in small numbers are clearly not a priority. High rating feels self-rated, and I do not recommend it.

Bardzo dobra, spokojna lokalizacja. Hotel ma ciekawy, kameralny, spokojny i miejscami mroczny klimat, ale mi to odpowiadało :)
Pokój duży, lecz były pewne drobne niedogodności jak niedziałająca lampa stojąca i usytuowanie na parterze z oknem na "dziedziniec" rezydencji
Fajnie zlokalizowany, bo na skraju lasu i blisko jeziora. Bardzo miły personel. Pokoje dobrej wielkości, w dobrej cenie.
Lata świetności ma już za sobą, niezbyt miły zapach w pokoju.

Niska jakość ręczników, niska jakość kosmetyków, fugi pod prysznicem niedoczyszczone.
Bardzo głośne śpiewy i modlitwy dochodzące do pokoju, biegające i hałasujące dzieci na korytarzu przez zbyt długi czas. Brak możliwości na odpoczynek, nie mówiąc juz np o jakiekolwiek nauce czy innych prywatnych kwestiach (przyjeżdżam na studia zaoczne). Powinna być informacja od obiektu, ze będzie tego dnia tak głośno.
