Pros:

Staff was amazingly nice and available
They even gave us a better room as it was available
The hotel is small with all the needed facilities and very well connected with the walking areas
Definitely secure

Cons:

I believe the breakfast can improve, quality is good , just selection is limited
They didn't have a diffuser for drying curly hair

Pros:

The customer service was super-efficient and helpful. We had a patio / pool room (although it was too cold for this time of year) - the room was lovely and comfortable, but the bed was very short (and we're not overly tall people). Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Nos encantó la habitación: amplia, muy cómoda y con todas las comodidades. Todo el alojamiento cuenta con instalaciones muy modernas, parking privado cerrado y un nivel de limpieza excelente.Ubicación excelente ,distrito tranquilo y muy bien ubicado.El desayuno es muy completo, con varias opciones a elegir entre tostadas con toppings, tortillas, etc.Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y la gran disposición del personal para ayudar en todo.¡Totalmente recomendable!

The man at the reception on the day of arrival was exceptionally welcoming. All staff members were nice.

I liked the room. It was spacious and neat. It exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The breakfast was not so good. It didn't meet my expectations. The standard was low and the hotel needs to improve on this important aspect. The parking lot was a bit of a challenge but they tried their level best.

Pros:

The stuff was lovely and went all out to make my stay exceptional and comfortable.
