We had a great stay. The only issue was the bed was a bit short for a tall person- six foot one inch

The room was lovely, more of a guest house than a hotel!

Excellent accueil par le receptionist de nuit 'Giorgio' et la qualité de la chambre.
Pros:

La qualité de la chambre. Le service exceptionnel de 'Giorgio' le receptionist de nuit. Le petit déjeuner était copieux.

Cons:

pas d'ascenceur et dur de porter les valises a l'etage. Pour les arrivées tardives vers 22h00 de l'aeroport, pas d'endroit pour se restaurer. Je suis pas très fan de Mr Delivery ou de Ubereat.

I have stayed at Sugar before and I would do so again for business. Overall I had a good experience
Pros:

Hotel is very welcoming. Rooms was great but could have had an extra blanket considering the cold winters. The breakfast was adequate although some of the things were not available and there was only 1 person assisting at 07h30 in the morning. The positioning works for business trips. Overall, my stay was very pleasant & I was able to get a tax invoice for my business trip.

Cons:

Parking can be an issue, and I did not like the idea of potentially parking in the street in the area

Pros:

We were in a king room with a balcony with a view of Table mountain. For SA winter a very comfortable room with heat (and AC and a splash pool on the balcony for summer). Great bathroom! Tasty breakfast.

Cons:

It would've been nice if they offered dinner on site. Parking can be a struggle with only 4 spots that are locked up. Rooms are light at night and the streets can be noisy.

It was a piece of paradise, with exceptional services. I would stay again. Highly recommend
Pros:

The bedding is exquisite and very comfortable. Such a large bed for one person :)
The place is very clean and well-maintained, with amazing facilities. Also very convenient, safe and quiet location.
The room comes with a coffee maker wilk pints of milk, coffee and sugar, replenished everyday.
The breakfast provides a variety on the menu, and it is prepared to your desired taste.
Exceptionally courteous and friendly staff, both front desk and kitchen.

Cons:

It would be more comfortable to have electric blankets during winter. The beautiful duvets would get cold in the night.
Being a tea/coffee person, I would have preferred to have a bigger cup for the hot refreshments (but maybe this is just me:). Maybe tea/coffee should be self-service, if feasible. Also, include some fruits on the breakfast menu.
