Heating out in the town was very limited went out on Saturday night 9 o'clock everything was shut

A good evening meal, with nice staff, shame about the over.y hot room and the boy racers in the near by car park.
Pros:

Location, staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good.

Cons:

The heat in the room. The window didnt open much and there was no air conditioning. The boy racers on the near by car park racing up and down at midnight.

I stayed overnight after attending a wedding; the hotel suited my purposes.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, and they accommodated my request for an earlier check-in and a vegan breakfast option. The chef even made me a fruit salad with a swan carved out of an apple. :)

Cons:

Personally, I found the decor unattractive; the reception area is pretty dark and the bedroom was bland.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Use of the swimming pool/leisure facilities was very good

Cons:

My double bed was 2 single mattress put together made it a little uncomfortable. Maybe a thicker mattress topper would help, but other than that rooms were very clean

Friendly Hotel
Pros:

friendly and welcoming staff who try hard to please - very helpful arranging taxis when few were available

Cons:

very warm rooms and an uncomfortable night - extremely tight bathrooms

The staff make this lovely hotel exceptional.
Pros:

All staff worked hard but still managed to be pleasant and helpful. Lady who checked us in, also served drinks, sorted us out about the pool as well as dealing with many other customers. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast in the morning. Food and service was perfect. Loved the facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Having to leave. Would love to have booked for a few days.
