Als je gastvrijheid ten top wil meemaken, niet twijfelen. Fijne zeer gastvrije eigenaars en personeel. Top hotel. Groot zwembad. Mooie rustige locatie. Ontbijt om vzn te snoepen, Turks ontbijt. Hierapolis spectaculair om te bezoeken. De thermen naar beneden afdalen bij zonsondergang, ook fantastisch.

Отличное расположение, уютный отель, приветливый, заботливый и отзывчивый персонал

Cons:

Отсутствие утюга в отеле и возможности самостоятельно стирать вещи на стиральной машине. Во многих отелях сейчас есть такая опция и это очень удобно для путешественников

Beautiful Turkish memories
Pros:

Absolutely heavenly in every way.
The staff, manager Mel and owner Ali were welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The location was ideal and has a small village view without the noise of the city.
The pool is wonderful and relaxing.
Breakfast was delicious, fresh and all you could ask for.
Room was spacious and clean

Our stay was a perfect 10/10.
Pros:

From the very first moment, we felt at home thanks to the incredible hospitality of the entire staff. I can’t say enough about how kind, friendly, and attentive they were. They were always making sure we had everything we needed. If they saw us relaxing by the pool, they would bring us fresh watermelon or something to drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also always helped us with our luggage, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The room and the hotel itself were wonderful. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, so we had a great night’s sleep throughout our stay.

We also loved the breakfast: it was varied, plentiful, and absolutely delicious.

To top it all off, on the day we checked out, they let us enjoy the pool for as long as we wanted, without rushing us or enforcing a strict check-out time. We really appreciated that gesture, and it shows how much they genuinely care about their guests.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say. If we ever return to Pamukkale, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovee the space decorations and the facilities. The owners treated all guests as family and they spent their time with us in the facilities as well. It was an amazing experience. Recommend in a heartbeat

Great location but 1-2 nights is long enough
Pros:

The staff without a doubt were the reason we enjoyed the property. Everyone was helpful and our host Mel provided info and assistance to help us enjoy our stay. He also upgraded our room. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked very nice. The breakfasts were huge and provided a lot of selection. For us it was way too much but some may enjoy having the choices. The hotel is close to the walk in entrance to the terraces and close to restaurants and shops. There is parking in site

Cons:

We found the hotel reception area and our room to be dark. Even with all lights on in our room it was dim. The room fridge didn’t work (apparently no room fridges work due to the electrical outlet). Ice wasn’t available but we didn’t get to leave our drinks in the hotels main fridge. There was a kettle provided but nowhere near the counter to plug it in. We went down with our thermal water bottle to get hot water. Pamukkale mostly has day trippers so for us it was great to get out early to beat the crowds. In the evening most restaurants are empty which we found to be unfortunate for many who had business to run

Pathetic Place to Stay

Awful Experience

Cons:

The receptionist and owner were extremely rude. The tone of speech was arrogant and no customer service when we arrived at the property. The hotel is a bit far from main town about 10-15 mins walk. They refused to give us breakfast with a fraction of two minutes when we came back from Balloon ride. The person shouted in loud voice “No” and other people who were busy eating breakfast started looking towards us. There could be a polite way if they wanted to refuse serving breakfast being two minutes late. But they Donot have any courtesy at all. Pamukkale is beautiful but this hotel stay ruined our experience of Tervatines. They should learn some manners and provide good customer service with the hefty amount they charge.

The place was very conveniently positioned. The room was large and very comfortable bed. We had one of the best Turkish breakfasts and the recommended restaurant which they gave us a lift too, was the best Turkish meal we had over the whole trip.

Cons:

It was a bit too cool in mid may to use the wonderful looking pool.
