还是值得入住的，最主要还算是干净。
Pros:

位置非常好，到棉花堡非常近，几乎就在南门边上。房间很大，空间很充裕。床很干净，没有毛发等。门口停车很方便。总体上符合预期。虽然不算是什么新酒店，更加谈不上豪华，但是用土耳其风格吊灯装饰的酒店房间、走廊都很有特色。老板是大叔，热情程度一般，但还是提供了有效的服务和信息。

Cons:

早餐给我端上来的omlet竟然是甜的，甜的！但是总体上来说，虽然不是自助早餐，还可以了，有我喜欢的黎巴嫩奶酪。房间床虽然干净，但是卫生间设备较为老旧，一股年代感。

The best place to stay in Pamukkale
Pros:

We loved our time at Pamukkale Whiteheaven Suite Hotel and would highly recommend it for a stay in this area. It is in a very convenient location with a short walk up the hill to all the shops and restaurants. There is easy parking right outside the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The hotel is beautifully decorated with coloured glass lights and lamps. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Special mention of Mel who checked us in, welcomed us warmly and looked after us so well during our stay. He offered to drive us up to the South Gate of Heiropolis which was much appreciated. The breakfasts were amazing with more and more dishes delivered to our table and eggs to order. Mel also recommended Bella's for supper which we really enjoyed. The service was great and the food was delicious.

Turkish hospitality at its best!
Pros:

The hotel has recently been refurbished, the room was lovely, clean and very spacious. Spectacular Turkish breakfast. Excellent location - 10 min walk from Hierapolis and hot springs. But what really made the stay special was the wonderful, friendly warm hospitality, in particular the General Manager Mel. Nicest man in all of Turkey!

Hotel muito bonito, muito bem decorado. Atendimento do gerente Mel e de todos os funcionários excelentes. A empresa contratada para um tour em Hierápolis e nas piscinas, simplesmente não apareceu e não informou que tinha cancelado o passeio. Imediatamente Mel se prontificou a me levar até o local e deu todas as orientações necessárias. Também se disponibilizou a me levar até o centro da vila para o jantar, e por me buscar de volta ao hotel. HOtel primorosamente decorado, muito confortável, quarto enorme, lindo, Café da manhã excelente , com uma variedade enorme de itens. Limpeza total. Recomendo muito.

Das Personal war nach kurzem Unmut, dass wir zu früh angereist sind, sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war landestypisch. Kostenlose Parkpätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, ziemlich dunkel. Überall lagen alte Teppiche und Kissen, auf Sitzbänken und im Eingangsbereich, der früher vlt. mal Restaurantbereich war. Motten flogen auch herum. Kein Restaurant.

Die kurze Entfernung zu den Kalksteinterassen

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis stimmte für mich nicht. Das Hotel wirkte auf mich etwas veraltet und war leider sehr hellhörig.
