From the moment we arrived at Whiteheaven Suite Hotel until the moment we left, Ali, Mustafa and their entire family/staff made us feel genuinely welcome and completely at home.

The hospitality here is truly exceptional — warm, kind, generous and personal in a way that is increasingly rare to find. Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction came with a smile and genuine care for their guests.

The hotel itself is lovely, comfortable, great pool area and perfectly located for visiting Pamukkale, but what really makes this place special are the people. We left feeling more like friends than guests.

We could not recommend Whiteheaven Suite Hotel more highly and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

Pleasant hotel for a short stay. To be recommended.
Pros:

Very nice welcome, the manager gave us an upgrade without asking for it, a very large room with a great view. Comfortable, simple and pleasant hotel, very practical for a stop in Pamukkale!

Cons:

It is a pity that there is no restaurant. However a Turkish breakfast is served downstairs with plenty of dishes.

Leur flexibilité pour réserver une nuit supplémentaire, le service "Shuttle" jusqu'à Heriopolis ...service vraiment top.
Chambres propres et bien équipées, confortables.
Excellent petit-déjeuner et de bons conseils pour le dîner à l'extérieur.

Cons:

Rien ou presque.
Nous laisser les chambres jusqu'à notre retour du garage peut-être afin d'éviter à mon épouse les courants d'air dans le hall... et un rhume pour voyager.

Gem of a hotel
Pros:

We only stayed for one night on our motorcycle tour, but Ismail, Doğan, and the whole family made us feel so incredibly welcome and taken care of. There was always a recommendation when asked, and a warm cup of çay never more than 30 seconds away. We couldn't be happier that we chose to stop by pamukkale, and even more that we chose to stay at Whitehaven.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, big and well located within walking distance to nearby restaurants. Hotel is also within 10mins drive to the Hierapolis/Travertines. The hotel manager looks a bit like Antonio Banderas!

Хороший отель, но не для зимнего проживания
Pros:

Местоположение просто отличное! Недалеко от южного входа в Памуккале, утром с балкона видно как летят шары. Номер очень просторный, большая удобная кровать, большой балкон. Из крана течет термальная вода. В номере много уютных светильников и вмя территория отеля красиво украшена. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

В номере было безумно холодно! Холоднее, чем на улице. За два дня мы так и не смогли прогреть номер кондиционером. Пол и стены были ледяными. В ванной было еще холоднее.
Ужасный завтрак. Накрыли целый стол какими-то намазками, соусами, хлебом. Ничего мясного. Какие-то трубочки с плесневелым творогом. И омлет из одного яйца. Все было невкусно. И еще из минусов неработающий холодильник. Для меня это важно, я перевожу в термосе инсулин и храню в холодильнике. Когда заселились, положила туда шприц-ручки. На второй день я поняла, что холодильник даже не включен в розетку. Включить его тоже не получилось из-за короткого шнура. Ощущение, что он там просто для красоты стоит.
Чтобы получить горячую воду, нужно сливать ее минут 20
