Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und es ist alles immer frisch zubereitet. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr neu und es ist alles super sauber. Strand und Pool sind ein Traum !!!! Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team !

Staff davvero eccezionale, sempre sorridente, professionale e disponibile in ogni momento del soggiorno.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Ibrahim, simpaticissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, che si è occupato con grande attenzione delle nostre camere.

Hassan e Mohamed sono stati fantastici in spiaggia, sempre presenti e attenti a ogni esigenza, così come tutti i camerieri del resort, in particolare Mahmoud e Hany, che ci hanno fatto sentire accolti ogni giorno.

Un enorme grazie infine ad Ahmed, che ci ha assistiti impeccabilmente fin da prima del nostro arrivo fino al check-out, soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta con gentilezza, professionalità e grande disponibilità.

Persone così fanno davvero la differenza e rendono il soggiorno ancora più speciale.
