Pros:

A strand közel van ami jó, és a személyzet segítőkész de ár érték arányban csalódás.

Cons:

Az ételek nem finomak, minden nap szinte ugyanaz, a húsokat bőröstül sütik mócsingosak, nem sütik át jól, gyümölcsből 3 féle van kirakva mindig de csak a dinnye ehető belőle, a kávé ihatatlan. A szoba egy 2 csillagos hotelnek felel meg. A wellness és a spa annyit jelent hogy van masszázs és egy kisebb helyiség törökfürdőnek nevezve ami fizetős és a szauna is fizetős . Wifi csak a recepciónál van, ha a szobába kéri valaki akkor fizetős és úgy se működött megfelelően. A “gyümölcslevek” az autómatából reggelinél ebédnél vacsoránál szintén undorítóak mint a kávé.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und der Strand sehr schön. Es gab ausreichend Liegen, sodass man zu jeder Tageszeit problemlos einen freien Platz finden konnte.

Cons:

Leider waren wir mit dem Reinigungspersonal überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterinnen wirkten häufig unfreundlich und wenig motiviert. Ausnahme- junge Mann war echt nett. Leider nur 1x.
Kaffee wurde nicht regelmäßig aufgefüllt, und auch die Reinigung des Bodens erfolgte eher unzuverlässig, teilweise wurde gar nicht gewischt. Das Badezimmer wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Gründlich wäre ein Traum gewesen. Hier war nur Duschtücher, Klopapier. Kein shampoo, keine Zahnpasta- man muss hat kaufen-das geht.
Zusätzlich fanden wir die Extrakosten unangemessen: WLAN im Zimmer kostete 28 €, und für ein Strandtuch wurde 1 € pro Tag berechnet- das geht auch noch.

Pros:

Wir waren 6 Leute hatte einen Appatment bekommen. Die Anlage war sehr schön praktisch wenn Mann Kinder hat, es war überall von Zimmer , zum Strand ,zum Pool zum Hotel Restaurant sehr nah. Das Essen war wieder sehr gut . Waren wieder nicht enttäuscht. Das war unser 4. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel Sırma hoffe nächstes Jahr 5 mal :-). Wir Danken dem Restaurant Chef Selman für das Essen und weil er sehr nett war und der Dame Hülya die Leitung von den Putzfeen ( es war überall super sauber und jeden Tag wurde immer sauber gemacht. Wir Danken auch an dem Hotel Manager weil immer Hilfreich war.
Ich Danke für Sırma weil es super war für unsere Urlaubstage.

Pros:

Krásný hotel blízko pláže, kam se dojde hotelovou zahradou, ve které je i plážový bar. Na pláži dostatek lehátek. Krásný bazén a restaurace ve vrchním patře s krásným výhledem.

Predivan hotel sa ukusnom hranom, odlicnom lokacijom i prelijepim uredjenjem
Pros:

Sve nam se svidjelo i svi su bili veoma ljubazni. Hrane je bilo raznovrsne, soba je bila cista, pogled predivan, put do plaze predivan sa puno zelenila.

We had a wonderful stay at Sirma Hotel. The sea and sandy beach were beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of dishes, and our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would love to come back again!

Отель очень понравился, тихий и уютный, очень красивая и ухоженная территория до пляжа, питание разнообразное на любой вкус, лежаков на море достаточно, пляж и море чистое песок без камней, персонал отзывчивый, вернемся снова!

Pros:

Duży wybór jedzenia, przemili kelnerzy. Obsługa z recepcji również bardzo pomocna. Wspaniały widok na morze z okna restauracji. Jeśli chodzi o animacje to można było zagrać w rzutki, bingo albo wybrać się na dyskotekę z animatorem hotelu.

Pros:

Отель не был готов к сезону был закрыт Меня встретил персонал , и меня это не смутило , Очень дружелюбный персонал отвез меня в другой отель Lilyum resort spa . Отель был очень классный . Я всем довольна 😊

Cons:

Букинг при бронировании отеля Sirma не предупредили что отель не открыт к сезону не готов .

Très bon accueil et belle plage à côté
Pros:

Le personnel sympathique, un bon accueil. Une vue panoramique sur la mer au restaurant. La plage de l'hôtel est vraiment à côté, elle est très bien équipée. Le chemin qui mène vers la plage est très agréable planté de palmiers et d'autre végétation exotique.

O vacanță frumoasă !
Pros:

Un hotel drăguț amplasat foarte aproape de plajă. Camerele curate și în fiecare zi doamna de la curățenie aducea apă. Prosoapele erau schimbate zilnic. Personalul foarte amabil și dornic să te ajute.

Cons:

Un lucru jenant a fost faptul ca doamna de la curățenie îți deschidea minibarul pentru a vedea dacă ai vreo sticlă de apă la rece iar dacă aveai îți mai lăsa doar una. Dacă nu aveai îți lăsa două sticle.
