We had a wonderful time, dining locally with family and friends and enjoying Aucklands sights.

Cons:

The fact that we got kicked out of your Casino from your rude staff, it was never said to us that we needed breaks, we were not in the Casino for long periods however they made us leave, we check our cards at the counter and we're advised that we were good to go back in, wd have traveling way to spend the weekend here to be kicked utvofvyour Casino for no reason. I dont see any point in staying in your accommodation as most people like to go to the casino, your staff were rude and unhelpful and make us leave when they were thrones that out t

Pros:

Room was spacious, huge bed, nice & clean, quiet and black out curtains. Nicely appointed bathroom.

Cons:

Sitting on the toilet on an angle due to the toilet roll holder being same level as toilet, you couldn't sit straight on the toilet seat.

Soap & toiletries dispenser was in the wrong place, kept banging into it. Needs to be back further.
