The staff were exceptional and that includes the cleaning staff. Just want to say massive thank you to the cleaning staff, they went out of there way to help me out and not many cleaning staff would do that. Reception thank you for all that you do.

The parking under the building was extremely convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a washing machine within the building (I didn’t use it).
It was a bit of a maze to get around. I didn’t like how I couldn’t open the curtains without other neighbours seeing in (inner courtyard facing). You require a physical card to make a payment, and not via your phone. As an international traveller this is the first I have ever encounter this, and was shocked for this level of hotel.
It is close to everything
The pillows are all big and thick, hence we had an uncomfortable sleep.
Very good customer service
Room was easy to find, and bed was lovely big and comfy.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Maybe have a biscuit for you to have with your hot drink on arrival to the room.
Also, can you please put more milk in the fridge for two-night stays and more of a coffee selection.
