Tout était parfait
Super Lage. Außergewöhnlich sauber, die Reinigungskräfte sind überaus zuvorkommend und nett, wenn man ihnen am Morgen begegnet ist. Essen ist gut und die Auswahl am Buffet vielfältig.
Leider wurde man nach der langen Anreise nicht gerade höflich empfangen. Als es Probleme mit der Zimmerkarte gab, war man genervt von uns und hat uns das deutlich spüren lassen. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück/Abendessen waren nett, aber leider unterbesetzt, sodass der Service (vor allem was die Getränkebestellungen angeht) oft zu kurz kam. In der Bar fühlt man sich nicht immer willkommen. Als wir eine Stunde vor Schließung noch Karten gespielt haben, war man schon wieder genervt von uns.
Sehr schöner Wellnesbereich, allerdings gehen die Gäste überwiegend in Badekleidung in die Sauna, was zu unangenehmen Gerüchen führt. Ein deutlicherer Hinweis von Seiten des Hotels wäre sicher hilfreich.
We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our honeymoon and the staff really made it special for us. We loved staying here - enjoying delicious breakfast (restaurant staff were very polite and caring), nice spa and comfortable beds with amazing view from balcony. Silvia from reception was fantastic, we asked for suggestions for an authentic restaurant for a special evening, and she wrote us a full page with suggestions and recommendations which local restaurants would suit us, thank you Silvia!

Vi hade inget fönster på rummet
Erstkontakt an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war nicht so. Entweder den trockenen Humor nicht verstanden oder die Dame sehr arrogant.
Doch nach 10min und Check in wie verwandelt.
Freundlichkeit pur, immer einen netten Spruch parat, zwei herrliche Tage dort verbracht.
Frühstücksbuffet ist der Hit, es fehlt an nichts!. Abendessen echt lecker. Ebenso die Getränke und Nachtisch.
Eiskaffee, Hugo und weitere Getränke draußen Topp!

Saunalandschaft ist für Winter zu klein dimensioniert, für uns im Sommer genau ausreichend und schöne Atmosphäre.
Tiefgarage perfekt. Unsere Babys waren dort immer gut aufgehoben.
Zimmer recht alt, jedoch sehr sauber und ordentlich gepflegt.
Es fehlt nur eine Verdunkelung im Zimmer und die Tür zum Flur sehr hellhörig.

Colazione con ottima scelta, abbondante e variegata, un buffet ricco e con qualche variazione di giorno in giorno.
La mezza pensione è un'ottima soluzione in termini di qualità prezzo. Il garage per metter al riparo bici, moto ed auto è molto apprezzato. Quest'anno la gradita sorpresa di trovare una nuova zona benessere con 2 saune e bagno turco, una bella vasca idromassaggio a lato piscina e zona relax con vista montagna. La simpatia, cortesia e professionalità del personale sono degne di merito.
