La ubicación
El cuarto de baño de miedo, un asco, la habitación muy bonita pero colchón incómodo y no limpian en los rincones, cuidado con las esquinas de pico en la cama que puedes darte con ellos en las piernas. Si quieres desayunar en la terraza tienes que ir a la planta baja a por la bandeja y subir 4 pisos con ella, rezando k no se caiga nada, o desayunar abajo donde la limpieza no era su fuerte. Precioso las plantas de arriba donde están las habitaciones y la terraza, vistas muy bonitas.
La terraza del hotel es preciosa, con unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad y súper tranquila, era muy agradable desayunar allí. El desayuno también estaba buenísimo y Chauen en general nos encantó. La ubicación es muy buena. Las vistas de la habitación también eran muy bonitas.
El inodoro se movía, no estaba bien fijado al suelo y estaba muy pegado a la puerta. Las habitaciones no las limpian hasta que te vas. Solo nos pusieron dos rollos de papel con papel escaso, por lo que al segundo día tuvimos que pedirles más. La televisión no iba. Las cortinas estaban un poco rotas, por lo que entraba la luz por la mañana. El desayuno no te lo subían a la terraza, por lo que tenías que subir tú la bandeja CUATRO PLANTAS y era bastante cansado y ARRIESGADO. El personal era cordial, es decir, si les pedías algo te lo daban, pero con una actitud pasiva.

Nous avons lu beaucoup d'avis très négatifs sur cet établissement et nous étions réticents à l'idée de réserver.
Nous avons quand même pris la décision avec ma femme de Tenter l'expérience et honnêtement nous avons été agréablement surpris.
Notre chambre était très propre (la numéro 6) la climatisation fonctionne très bien et nous avons eu de l'eau chaude également.
Une odeur d'égout par contre dans les sanitaires est présente mais nous fermions la porte de ses derniers et aucun problème dans la partie nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et bon.
Nous recommandons donc cet établissement les yeux fermés.

Me gustó todooo!! El hotel es muy bonito,el personal muy amable ,todo muy limpio ,está en todo el centro,cerca de los mejores restaurantes en una calle de tiendas ,tiene una terraza montada en la azotea chulísima,nosotros nos subimos la cena y super agusto,la habitación limpia muy bonita ,con camas cómodas y aire acondicionado .Nos la cambiaron por una con bacho dentro ,pero puede ver otras sin baño de pasada y igual de limpias.
El Desayuno muy bueno nosotros pedimos té pero te ofrecen café también ,salimos llenos muy rico todo.

The staff was not polite and didn’t seem they liked their job.
We asked for some bottled water in the morning and later found out we received a bottle with tap water which made us ill.
