It is in a calm road hidden from the noise of the city but close to the entrance of all the monuments. The owner is nice and kind, can help you with everything you ask but doest try to sell you anything. You have your peacefull space.
It is also possible to use his kitchen as well.
The only small thing - there is no view from the room, only one window to the back yard.

Very clean and the owner was very friendly and helpfull
I booked a triple room and it had 1 single and 1 double bed but the double bed was not enough for 2 people the width was 4FT. It was the only issue other than that everything was very clean and up to standard.
Rooms are super comfortable. The place is very clean and has a good management. Surroundings are calm. Has a safe place to park vehicles . It was easy to reach ruwanwelisaya and all the other ancient places by staying here .
It is in a quiet area. The bedroom was spacious. The owner was really friendly.
It was very dirty, especially the bathroom and the bedsheets. The man running the place was very kind, but his english could be better.
Mindi Guest is located in a peaceful area, away from the main street noise, and close to the railway station. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a ceiling fan. When I asked, I was given an extra blanket, which was nice.
There is no hot water boiler, and no additional toiletries like shampoo or shower gel, only a bar of soap.

Spacious room and bathroom. View from balcony is absolutely beautiful. Worth the rate we pay. Walking distance to old town. Host is very friendly and facilitating.

The location is great, being close to Anuradhapura, and the service was decent, though the amenities were average.
We recommend this place if you're okay with sharing a bathroom, as we did with our family. There is one separate bathroom for all rooms. If you prefer an attached bathroom, this might not be the best option for you.
