Lovely gem with great facilities and hosts.
Pros:

Room had new and modern furnishings, and while it was a bit small, there was a spacious and well organised common area with kitchen, dining area and couches. Everything was new and very clean. They even provided fresh pastries in the morning for breakfast which was a lovely touch. The staff were super helpful and responsive.

Cons:

Car parking was a bit tricky, but that goes for most of Spain.

Excelente....
Pros:

Los detalles de todo... el desayuno que nos ponían todos los días,. Los detalles del agua, zumos, leche.... etc. El gusto en la decoración, estilo, limpieza....

Cons:

Estaba un poco lejos del centro... pero ese era nuestro problema... lo sabíamos.... nos hubiese gustado que estuviera en un barrio más céntrico.... a pesar de ello repetiría....

És com estar a casa. Et deixen una bosseta amb esmorzar, hi ha nevera a disposició de tothom, llet, sucs, cafè… I l’amabilitat del personal, un 10.

Pros:

Todo muy limpio y organizado, personal súper amable, cercanía con el metro (Santa Rosa, Fondo) un detalle al llegar el aire acondicionado encendido, también botella de agua, zumo y un pequeño desayuno incluido en la zona común (cocina)

Cons:

En general todo bien por comentar algo difícil aparcamiento en la zona, pero hay varios parking cerca

Jsme rádi, že jsme si tohle ubytování vybrali.
Pros:

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté a pohodlné. Vlastní koupelna byla velmi dobrá. Personál byl také milí jen trochu horší komunikace v angličtině, ale domluvili jsme se.

Cons:

První noc než si člověk zvykne. Jde v baráku slyšet kdo se kdy sprchuje a splachuje. Voda trubkama je hlasitá. Také je to trochu dále od centra. Jinak všechno v pořádku.

Very pleased. Sweet. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. The host went above and beyond by preparing breakfast for us every day, even though it was not included in the price. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The location was very convenient, with the L1 metro line just a short walk away. There was also a large supermarket nearby where we could easily buy everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Pros:

Nos han atendido muy bien, Julio muy atento y simpático. Además las instalaciones muy bonitas y todo muy cuidado, la habitación cómoda. Nos dejaron bebidas y desayuno lo cual no esperábamos pero nos ha venido genial. Recomendado.

Great place to stay with attentive staff
Pros:

We received a lovely warm welcome. The shared kitchen/lounge/dining and private room were lovely and clean. It's a very lovely, airy feel. The bed was large and comfortable. There was space to relax on the roof too. The staff are very attentive. The shower is great. 15 minute walk to the metro (the metro has a direct line to Barcelona).

Cons:

I would suggest getting some wine glasses maybe. I think a lot of guests might like to sit on the balcony with a nice bottle of wine. There was no corkscrew but we bought one and left it there :).
