Terrible hotel
Pros:

The only thing good at this hotel was the location to our granddaughters school where she teaches and lives.

Cons:

It was dirty from day one, bed was awful and mattress cover had so many little material balls thought there was bed bugs. Suppose to have safe deposit box in room, not so. Had to get our own to and fresh towels. Water everywhere on the floor from shower we almost fell.
No shower curtain or door. Will never recommend anyone stay here. There were dead bugs on floor day we checked in and there when we left.

Pros:

We always stay at this hotel, when we visit Sofia, especially for a concert or similar event. The location is perfect, close to Metro station and bus stops. The rooms are spacious enough for a couple. The breakfast is nice.

Cons:

The carpets in some of the rooms are worn-out and could be replaced. The bath towels as well.

If you’re looking for just a night stay and have 0 expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness, you could consider
Pros:

Breakfast was a 7/10. It was diverse but don’t expect quality or bio food. And you need to wake up as close to 7 so can find everything.

Cons:

There was an odd smell in the room - like someone smoked before and also mold smell.
The mattress was very bad, no chance to get a good sleep, pillows as well.
I sent a message to the properly prior our arrival but we didn’t get a reply back…
