Séjour courte durée mais au calme .l accueil de manal et son personnel top tjr souriante et a écouté des clients .chambre et palais très propre .personnel sympa j y reviendrais et le recommande au calme a extérieur du bruit de la ville

Everything was amazing! The staff were very professional and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the pool was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. It's a great place to spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The location is also perfect, just 10 min driving to Jemaa el-Fnaa.

Tout ! Nouvelle gérance de l'établissement, le personnel est incroyable aux petits soins du début à la fin, les hotesses d'accueil Myriam et Manel très très accueillantes des vrais amours on s'est senti bien dès l'entrée avec elles et tous les jours elles se preoccupaient de notre bien être. Un gros coup de coeur pour Mohamed il est dispo pour tous besoins et sur tous les front cet homme est juste incroyable. Les femmes de ménage très gentilles et notre chambre toujours niquel merci à vous aussi.. Un merci également à la masseuse super adorable qui ma fait un grand bien.. Nous avons donc choisi de prolonger notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hesiter.
Merci beaucoup à vous tous ! Vous êtes au top !

J'ai toutefois une remarque concernant la piscines ; malheureusement, elle n'était pas à la hauteur.

Great location, wonderful staff, and an enjoyable stay. I would happily visit again.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, and its location is very close to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home. Their hospitality made us enjoy our stay even more.

Cons:

I hope the bedding will be renewed, and the breakfast buffet could be improved with more variety. Other than that, everything was great.

Notre séjour c'était bien passé,les chambres sont spacieuses et artisanales, l'hôtel est propre et calme , le personnel est très gentil et accueillant surtout meriem et manal ainsi que les serveurs de l'hôtel.

Pros:

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable. Le personnel est chaleureux, bienveillant et toujours à l'écoute. Un grand merci à Manal et Meriem pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme.
Les repas étaient excellents, les lieux étaient impeccablement propres et l'ambiance était très agréable.
Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
