Very poor hotel, terrible location

Cons:

The location is very, very poor, I really can not believe other reviews saying the location is good. You are *right* beside a main road, so if you get a front facing room (as we did), the noise is NON-stop cars and motorbikes and beeping. The room we got is NOTHING like the photos, it was dirty and drab, and the bathroom is the most drab of it all.

Because you are so close to the road, terrible music is played very loudly at both outdoor pools all day long.

The staff weren't the most welcoming as other reviews suggested, and they were quite short with us. The breakfast was also TERRIBLE. A self-service of instant coffee.... Many dead flies and wasps on and IN the food. The pastries were poor and stale. We did not partake in breakfast.

I had a really pleasant stay at Palace Jena Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were all very kind and welcoming. Everyone was helpful and attentive throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Zoubir, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Palace Jena Hotel. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

La struttura è grande e lo staff molto gentile.

L'albergo è da rinnovare. Camere vecchie. Colazione con termos per caffè, latte.

Séjour absolument parfait à l'Hôtel Flament Rose !

Chambre très propre, confortable et calme, on s'y est senti très bien. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins.

Et le petit-déjeuner... un vrai régal ! Copieux, varié, frais et délicieux. L'un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu à Marrakech.

Emplacement idéal, ambiance chaleureuse, on recommande les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l'équipe !

Hotel moyen qui mériterai un bon manager car l'établissement a un gros potentiel
Pros:

une chambre spacieuse, avec frigo et très grand lit confortable.
Possibilité de manger au bord de la piscine.
2 piscines avec bains de soleil et table autour d'un bassin

Cons:

le personnel était agréable mais pas de communication entre l'équipe de nuit et l'équipe de jour.
Le personnel n'est pas très professionnel (réclamer plusieurs fois la même demande avant de l'obtenir), le chef cuisine ne commence le matin qu'à 8 heures, donc aucun petit-déjeuner avant, ni aucun café ou thé. Le café n'est pas bon. On nous a servi plusieurs fois les mêmes plats pour le matin dont du riz (qui mange du riz le matin?), une sorte d'omelette que personne n'a gouté et les viennoiseries n'étaient pas fraîche. Dans l'ensemble: petits déjeuners très décevants.
Toutes les chambres, hormis les suites, sont avec baignoires. Donc pas de douche dans les chambres alors que j'avais demandé une chambre avec douche car problème physique.
Pas de possibilité d'obtenir un petit-déjeuner pour ceux qui partent avant 8 heures. Ceinture...
Restaurant avec une carte très sommaire, sans aucune boisson alcoolisée!
Margelles cassées (dangereux) autour de la grande piscine.
Le personnel du spa est en congé tout les lundi...du jamais vu!

Was a good stay for a weekend .
Pros:

Nice rooms, Staff was nice, 3 pools, good location , breakfast is good .

Cons:

The pools could do a little more cleaning. The tables and chairs at breakfast need upgrading. The toilet seat of our suite needs to be replaced.
