In Booking.com war bei der gebuchten Wohnung eine Dachterrasse und ein Lift dabei. Beides war nicht verfügbar.
Statt 4 Schlafzimmern hatte es 3 Schlafzimmer und ein zusätzliches Doppelbett in der Stube, was suboptimal war.

Você aluga um apto para 8 pessoas e eles simplesmente deduzem que são todos casais e escolhem arrumar apenas 3 quartos. Nunca vi alugar um espaço inteiro e não recebê-lo todo arrumado. Ao reclamar e solicitar a arrumação do quarto faltante (pois tínhamos 2 solteiros no grupo que não dividiriam quarto), informaram que providenciariam. Saímos para jantar e ao voltar o quarto seguia sem estar arrumado. Após enviar msg novamente questionando, recebemos por resposta que nós mesmos pegássemos as roupas de cama dos outros dois quartos que estivessem sobrando e arrumássemos o quarto faltante. Vc paga por um serviço e o atendimento recebido é de quem acha que está te fazendo um favor. péssimo atendimento. Internet muito ruim. Escada de acesso ao apto com corrimão com pó de décadas. Junte isso ao quarto desarrumado e imagine como deve ser feita a limpeza do local.

Bad Wifi and no space to prepare food at the kitchen. We had to extend or stay with one night because of plane cancellation, and was charged double for the last night. I accepted because of kids and no real choice, but that was an overprice if you ask me. Loud noise from the street at night, not suitable for light sleepers.

Ekstremt dårlig man først ved ankomst får at vide nøgle skal hentes et helt andet sted. I tillæg ville de have €200 i depositum og gik i gang med at bortforklare hvor almindelig praksis det er. Obiekt wybraliśmy ze względu na klimatyzacowany apartamet a okazało się że klimatyzacja jest tylko w jednym z 4 pokoi co spowodowało to że pozostałem 3 pokoje miały temperaturę 29C i nie dało się spać. Dzwoniliśmy przed kupieniem oferty już w Pradze czy apartament ma klimatyzacje w wszystkich pokojach powiedziano nam że tak.... zostaliśmy oszukani. Dodatkowo klucze trzeba było odebrać ponad kilometr dalej z walizkami i dziećmi to samo z zwróceniem kluczy tylko osobiście w punkie oddalonym bardzo daleko. Zero pomocy z strony obiektu telefon aby odebrać klucze nie odbierany przez ponad 2 godziny (37 połączeń).

It is published as air conditioned apartment. In practice - only one of the 4.5 rooms has a wall air conditioning unit. Other rooms get no impact from it.
If weather is pleasant thats fine, during a heat wave thats horrible.
Even worse - they took no responsibility for this, and said one room with a/c “qualifies” as air conditioned.
To make this worse - check in and check out is a 500 meter walk in a no car zone. With all your suitcases and kids, thats a nightmare (especially on heat or rain or with little kids). And this is not advertised anywhere in their terms.
Oh, and elevator 2nd plus store is old and gut stuck several times or went out of service. Twice while we r in it!!
Host is a company with horrible service.
This is all a shame, as apartment itself was actually nice…

Only 2 rooms had an AC

Die Klimaanlage belüftet leider nur das Wohn- und 1 Schlafzimmer, der Ventilator hat leider für die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer nicht ausgereicht!

Check in process was terrible. I should have been given that address with a check in routine.
Plus, the AC was mediocre at best. Only one room had an AC unit and we had to return to the reception to get the remote to make it work. For this price, the units should have an AC in more rooms.

Hard to locate, car unable to load and unload luggage at door step, the lift is too old and too small. The corridor lights are too dim.
