Awesome stay
Pros:

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was polite, welcoming, and had a great sense of humour. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were soon given our key cards and shown to our room.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was more than comfortable enough for two people, and we slept well throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable, and both the air conditioning and heating worked very well.

The rooms are routinely cleaned every second day. However, if you would like additional housekeeping, it is best to inform reception as early as possible, ideally before 12pm. We found it easiest to let them know the night before or around 8am. The housekeeping team were always happy to help when requested. Another bonus was the 12pm checkout time, which gave us a more relaxed departure on our final day.

Breakfast was simple rather than extravagant, but there was a good selection and everything was fresh and enjoyable.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby. It is also conveniently located right behind the mosque, which was particularly useful for us. On Sundays, a local market sets up outside the hotel selling fresh fruit, vegetables, and various other goods at very reasonable prices. If you enjoy fresh fruit, it's definitely worth a visit.

The room was generally quiet at night. Occasionally, we could hear some loud music or revving engines from outside, but it was not frequent enough to affect our stay.

Overall, our experience was excellent and we genuinely couldn't fault the hotel. There was occasionally a small language barrier with some members of staff, but this was easily overcome with Google Translate and never caused any real issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Приятный персонал, отель расположен в хорошем месте, номера чистые, кофе чай бесплатно в любое время, что очень приятно.

Cons:

Außer Mitarbeiter, höflich zuvorkommend, kann ich ehrlich gesagt, nicht empfehlen die Hotel
Pros:

Personal die Zimmer sehr schlecht und Kleinmöbel Bett nicht gut

Cons:

Die schränke der Tisch haben alle gewackelt und es war sehr eng und klein. Das waren keine Standard 20 m² Zimmer mit Sicherheit. Ich denke das war mindestens 12 m²

Overall a pretty nice stay for our family of four
Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I think that the rooms have been redone fairly recently. Our beds were comfortable and bedding was clean.
Location wise, this hotel is conveniently located close to one of the metro stations, several grocery stores and many restaurants.

Cons:

The bathroom had an odor due to a lack of p-traps on the drains. It could also benefit from better lighting.

Pros:

Location was great, it was easy to commute and close to the subway. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Cons:

They weren’t cleaning our room and we had 4 days stay. Wished they cleaned it more often.
