Would not stay again!
Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

After an eight-hour journey, I informed the property of my arrival one hour in advance. However, upon arrival, I was not permitted to unload my luggage directly outside the hotel. “Due to technical works” what these were I could not tell you.

This meant I had to carry over 40 kilograms of bags approximately 100 metres across the car park in nearly 40°C heat, which was extremely difficult and uncomfortable.

Once inside, I was informed that my room would not be ready for another hour. During this waiting period, I observed other guests arriving and being allowed to unload their luggage without issue.

After waiting an additional hour and ten minutes, I was told my room was ready. However, when I reached it, housekeeping was still actively cleaning. As a result, I was only able to access my accommodation approximately two and a half hours after my arrival.

Given that this was a one-night stay, the delay had a significant impact on my experience. Instead of relaxing by the pool and recovering before my onward journey the next morning, I spent the best part of the day sitting around waiting for my room to be ready, simply so I could get changed out of my travelling clothes and have a shower.

Good value for money, not perfect but clean and friendly staff that do their best for you
Pros:

Nice hotel, several smaller pavilion buildings make it feel more cozy than 1 big 'appartment-style' building with rooms.
The room had its own little terrace.
Good bed, very clean, good housekeeping, fresh towels daily.
Very nice pool, clean, seperate pool towels available
Very friendly staff
Affordable

Cons:

Beware it's about a half-hour drive to Marrakesh city, although that could also be an upside because the area is much more quiet than the city
Food was of varying quality. Sometimes great, sometimes the panini fell apart or the smoothie still had a massive frozen chunk in it.
The fridge in the room didn't work
No coffee facility in the room, so you have to wait until breakfast opens at 7am to drink a coffee

Pros:

Personnel sympathique, dynamique et attentif à nos besoins. Mention spéciale à M. Taher au ftour, toujours souriant, ce qui donne vraiment envie de profiter du petit-déjeuner.
