Pros:

l'emplacement.

Cons:

Certes l'emplacement est exceptionnel, mais pour le reste il semblerait que la direction cherche à dépenser le moins possible sur tous les plans: chambre , moyennement propre, équipement médiocre, sèche cheveux mal fixé au mur, alentours (en dessous des fenêtres) jonchés de gravats, petit déjeuner INDIGENT servi de 8h à 10H mais le deuxième matin il n'y avait plus rien à 9H et il a fallu aller "mendier" à la réception pour obtenir au bout d'un quart d'heure un croissant.
Prix exorbitant par rapport aux prestations.

Excellent stay, Beautiful view.
Pros:

Beautiful outstanding view. The hotel is located just on the water.
Clean, spacious rooms. Much different than on the website (for plus).
For 2/3 nights ideal. I would say it’s worth it to look at it when they have/booking has some discounts and it’s cheaper.

Cons:

Little bit overpriced

The view from the room, of course is the best, but in reality with respect for this location and for this price, they could have done some renovations. So we like the view, but the balcony itself is 30 years old, so it felt weird to have such a view from an old hotel with rusty air conditioner. We also liked the cleaning stuff, the only active and welcoming stuff in the hotel.

Cons:

We didn’t like again the fact that the hotel didn’t do any updates for years. It is not honest to set this price and not reinvest, but the prices just rise. We also disliked a lot how the booking gave us a discount for this room, but instead we didn’t have breakfast included, which costs 10€ per a person but the breakfast is really very marginal, even milk wasn’t fresh. In any bar in a city you would have paid the same for a really beautiful breakfast. So it was just bad tone.

Pros:

Näkymät huoneesta oli uskomattomat ja hotelliin kuului suhteellisen suosittu ravintola. Huone oli myös iso ja suhteellisen lähellä keskustaa tuohon hintaan (La Maddalena on kallis).

Cons:

Meiltä koitettiin veloittaa maksua uudestaan kun kirjauduimme sisään, toki syyksi annettiin bookingin toimimattomuus, eli tiedä sitä oliko hotellin vika vaiko eikö.

Bel hôtel avec super accueil mais au confort perfectible.
Pros:

L'emplacement pas trop éloigné du centre ville, le personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et serviable, le parking sur place, le restaurant de bonne qualité.

Cons:

L'équipement de la chambre assez sommaire, la douche qui alternait eau chaude et subitement eau froide, la climatisation mal placée face au lit et assez difficile à régler, la télécommande de la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout (piles ?).

Un séjour bercé par le bruit des vagues

La vue directe sur la mer. La possibilité de stationner sa voiture sans problème. L’acces en quelques minutes au centre ville. La possibilité de manger sur place. Le petit déjeuner en face de la mer. L’amabilité du personnel

Mooi gelegen hotel bij de zee en goed restaurant.
Pros:

De kamer was prima met een groot balkon. Zoals overal op Sardinie was ook hier de douchecabine klein. Het restaurant was uitstekend en prachtig gelegen aan de rand van de zee. Veelzeggend dat de meeste clientèle lokale bewoners waren. Ook heel prettig was de koelkast op de kamer.

Cons:

De stalling voor mijn fiets. Mocht wel binnen bij de receptie staan, wat wel als voordeel had dat ik direct bij mijn fiets kon. De bediening van de lift heeft een handleiding nodig.

I recommend the hotel to everyone. Everything was clean and I also had fresh towels every day which is not the case ever

I have to say that for a ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ hotel, I was very satisfied. Small cozy room with bathroom.

Cons:

The hotel is cozy and the staff is very nice. I definitely plan to come back.
