We stayed in the Belle Epoque apartment and it was wonderful! Well-presented room with great amenities. The staff were very responsive via WhatsApp which meant that it was super easy to have any equations answered quickly. Also centrally located so everything was in walking distance. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bucharest.

minor: for some who travel for work like me, having a good chair and a desk is important. there was a very cute desk (I want one too!) but not a convenient chair. However, I understand that I am a minority, most people would work well on the couch.
El piso está muy bien: es bastante amplio, cómodo y se encuentra en Calea Victoriei, una zona con mucha vida, restaurantes y buen ambiente. El proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy sencillo y fluido. Además, la atención del personal fue excelente.
La ubicación está a unos 25 minutos caminando del centro, lo cual puede resultar algo lejos para ir y volver varias veces al día. El piso es algo antiguo y le vendría bien una actualización.
Good location, clean and very cosy place. The joint premises are also very cosy and comfortable.
The smell from the bathroom… one has to keep the door tight close in order not to feel it in the rooms.

I highly recommend Art Boutique Residence. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, but in a calmer side street. The apartment block is also in great condition and it features an elevator. Self check-in was easy. The studio was well equipped, we were particularly grateful for the coffee machine, the complimentary coffee and snacks. The shared kitchen was perfectly equipped and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. Our host Nicola was really helpful and accomodated our every need.
For us, the only problem was the seethrough bathroom door and window, which made our stay in the deluxe studio at times inconvenient. I understand it is part of the concept, but a curtain would have been useful. Other apartments in the residence did not seem to have this, so next time I stay here (which I would be happy to do), I will just choose a different apartment.
Everything was perfect, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is gorgeous, carefully designed and uniquely decorated. The utilities have anything that you might need for your stay and, on top of that, it's close to all the tourist attractions. Would definitely book again!
Absolutely fabulous location, quiet and a stone's throw away from Calea Victoriei. The room was very spacious and clean, tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice too!
Some bedside tables would have been useful. There are some decor elements in the room which are not quite functional. There's a big bath tub filled with sand and plants that looks good but it was hard to move around it. There is a big painting in a corner where a mirror would have been more practical. The pillows were not the most comfortable and the bathroom door is glass and entirely seethrough, which is an interesting choice.

Stylish room, excellent area close to Calea Victoriei, great kitchen facilities and shower. They were also very accommodating about the check in and check out.

excellent central location and beautiful artistic style! We had a really surprise to find complimentary bottles of water, snacks and coffee. That’s really a nice a sweet gesture from our welcoming host, Nicolas. Thank you! For sure we will come again!
It was best location you can find in the Bukarest Center for such a good price. Very nice rooms, art designed and Nicolas is such a great guy. We will come for sure back here.

The apartment was very comfortable and large enough for 2. We usually prefer to have a separate bedroom from the livingroom but we did not mind as much. We also made use of the common kitchen a few times, again very lovely and had everything we needed. The location was amazing.
The windows are a bit thin so we could hear noises etc etc
The studio is spacious and clean. It is furnished artistically with old furniture and electrical appliances, giving you nostalgic feelings. The communion kitchen is well-equipped for preparing simple meals, and the sitting/dining room offers a space for relaxation, like in your own home.
Nicola was very helpful in solving our problems. As we needed to check in earlier than 3 pm, he requested the cleaning company to get the studio ready before 12:30. He also let us check out at noon instead of 11 am. I cannot thank him enough!

Tastefully decorated room with lovely four poster bed. Easy to access via keys in keybox. Very responsive owners via WhatsApp, who let us checkin early and checkout late. Communal kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, etc. Good location a 10 min walk from the old town, just off the main road.
A few very minor points for improvement:
Overhead shower head didn't work although detachable shower head did
Would have appreciated another bin besides the tiny one in the toilet
Bed could use a bedside table and closer plug sockets
