Pros:

We chose this hotel mainly because it offered free parking, which was a huge plus as we had a rental car. The hotel was fresh and well-kept, and our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was very good, and we loved that we could order whatever we wanted from the café in the morning rather than having a standard buffet. It felt like a really nice and luxurious touch.

The staff at reception were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is a little further from Baščaršija, but it is close to central Sarajevo, and shopping centers. There is also a tram stop right outside, with trams taking around 15–20 minutes to reach Baščaršija.

The hotel has more of a business-hotel feel, which worked perfectly for us as we stayed one night before heading to the airport. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay!

Cons:

There were only a couple of small things that could have been better. The room could have benefited from better blackout curtains, especially in the morning. We also would have appreciated having a mirror in the room. I know this isn’t unusual in hotels, but it’s something I personally find a little surprising — a mirror is such a useful and simple addition to a hotel room.

These were very minor details, though, and overall we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

The Staff. Gordana gave me recommendations for my sightseeings and helped me with transfer to airport. I am really thanksful.

Cons:

The rooms are noisy because of the main street traffic or air-con in the backyard.

Comfortable stay in Sarajevo

Összességében átutazó egy éjszakás szálláshelynek ajánlható.
Pros:

Kiváló reggelit kaptunk à la carte.
A szálláshely egy főút mentén van, mégis relatív csendes volt.
Nagyon közel van egy olasz étterm, kiváló vacsorázási lehetőséggel (csapolt sör viszont sajnos nem volt).
Van ingyenes parkolási lehetőség, de az kissé távol van a szállodától.

Cons:

Elvileg volt laptop méretű széf a szobában, de nem működött. Kaptunk egy csere példányt, de az sem működött.
