Excellent Cleanliness, Disappointing Breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day, which is quite rare nowadays. The room itself was adequate, although the mattress was rather firm.

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and one of the main reasons I kept returning was the excellent breakfast served in the restaurant on the top floor. Unfortunately, this has been discontinued, and shortly before my arrival I was informed that breakfast is now served in the restaurant on the first floor.
The new breakfast is truly disappointing. Guests must choose between eggs, a croissant, or cereal, accompanied by coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. As someone who does not eat carbohydrates, I ended up eating the same eggs every morning for three days. This level of breakfast offering is far below what one would expect from any hotel. Even many two-star hotels provide a much wider variety of breakfast options.
Management, please bring back the previous breakfast service!

Čista simpatična soba i ugodan boravak!
Pros:

Jako ljubazno i stručno osoblje koje je ispunilo moju zamolbu za "tihom" sobom. Jako udoban madrac u jednokrevetnoj sobi. Besplatan parking.

Cons:

Internet je bio nešto sporiji u jednoj sobi.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage um jede Seite der Stadt gut erreichen zu können. Nicht nur mit der Straßenbahn, sondern auch mit dem Auto, da es noch nicht in der stressigen Teil übergeht.
Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Ausstattung besser als beschrieben. Wird definitiv wieder gebucht

Pros:

Everything was excellent. My room was big, clean and comfortable. Linen and towels were good quality, and the shower had lots of hot water. The area was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the main bus station, and when I told the hotel I would arrive in the early hours of the morning the reception replied quickly that it was no problem. All the reception staff were efficient and helpful and spoke excellent English. Very good service from start to finish, and highly recommended.

Location is good . Staff are helpful

Cons:

The breakfast is quite strange. You order rrommthe coffee shop which is part if the hotel a set menu, then an extra water or coffee is chargeable. Thats quite strnage for such a hotel
The shower in the bathroom was open from the back so it was impossible not to spill water out side

Завтрак, хорошая парковка, просторный номер

Cons:

Вай фай в номере работал только у входной двери. Душевая кабина протекала, после мытья весь пол в ванной был в воде. Лейка была сломана, полочки для шампуней в душе тоже не было (видно место, где она висела раньше). На ресепшене нам просто предложили принести дополнительные полотенца и бросить их на пол. Также сказали, что они в курсе, что душ сломан, и нам повезло, что мы остановились всего на две ночи. На фразу «цена не соответствует качеству» они нам пожелали удачи в поиске отеля, удовлетворяющего нашим требованиям.

Prima hotel voor enkele overnachtingen.
Pros:

Hotel heeft parkeren goed geregeld via bewaakt parkeren. Op verzoek kamer enigszins afzijdig van straatgeluid. Met tram is de oude binnenstad snel en voordelig bereikbaar. Omgeving hotel is goed en veilig.

Budget hotel near the bus station
Pros:

The hotel is very convenient for the bus station, and it is in an overall good location. It is easy to find. It has a lift if you have a lot of luggage. The room and bathroom were good for the price. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

My room had the ugliest view ever, just some old water tanks and an untidy back yard. The room was Ok, but a bit tired. It is noisy as it is on the busiest street in Sarajevo. I am a good sleeper, so not sure if it stays noisy through the night.
