My stay was not a very memorable experience.
Pros:

The front desk clerk was friendly . She explained everything in detail, room location, parking and pricing.The room was a great size .

Cons:

There were ants along the bathroom floor and sink. The hot water wasn't working properly. We had to call the front desk to get someone to check it out. We was told to let the water run for 20 mins. The pool was never available . The size of the pool can not accommodate the entire hotel guests.

The patio door would not open
Bathroom door would not open or close so when someone used it one of us had to leave the room for privacy
Floor tile missing carpets filthy

The rooms had not been updated. There was a hole in the wall that was so deep that it went to the other room. It also had a odor.

Nice stay for a short weekend trip to visit a family member.
Pros:

Great location, dog friendly, nice staff. Restaurant on site offered a decent breakfast buffet (cost extra)

Cons:

Was supposed to be a smoke free facility, but hallways smelt strongly of smoke. We had a noisy neighbor in the room next to us with a dog that barked most of the night but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Kind staff and great location with comfortable beds.
Pros:

Great location further north in the residential neighborhoods. Much less crowded beach with beautiful views.

Cons:

Room was not that clean. Bathroom looked like it had been picked up with refreshed towels but not exactly scrubbed down, smudges on mirrors and walls. Not terrible, just not thorough.
