It was adequate. Not sure I would stay there again.
Cons:

Old building that we stayed in was hot and had mold in the bathroom and air conditioning. No vent fan in the bathroom. Very difficult to get the luggage cart through the small doorway to get over there.

they kept my $80 security deposit and has never given me any explanation . I'm not the only one, I found out that this is something that they do quite often. I brought 12 people there. Will never stay again.

Laid back area, not crazy busy. Kids loved it.

Cons:

Elevators are slow at times, front desk staff are not the most informative to people that have never been here. There were fixtures barely hanging on the wall for towels and toilet paper.
