مع انى زرت كل مجموعات فنادق الصفوه ف مصر
بس سبب انى احب اتكلم عن الفندق ده بالذات حاجه مشوفتهاش بالجوده دى ف اى فندق❤️
وهى حسن الضيافه والموده والذوق والشياكه من كل موظف ف الفندق😍

كمية ترحيب وذوق رائعه من لحظة دخولك الفندق❤️
كمية ابتسامات بتقابلها من كل واحد عينك تيجى عليه
الناس دى اتدربت تدريب ممتاز على انهم يحسسوا الجيست ب أنه الوحيد ف الفندق

كل واحد فيهم بيبقى عاوز يخدمك من قلبه من غير ما تطلب وكأنه جايب اخوه او واحد قريبه وعاوز يعمل واجب معاه

مشوفتش واحد فيهم بيخدمك وتحس كانه بيخدم عشان دا شغله .. لا خالص .. كل واحد كانه منتمى للمكان قوى وحابب اللى بيعمله وبيتفانى فيه كمان🌹🌹

سرعة استجابه خرافيه لكل طلب بنطلبه
عين كل واحد متركزه عليك بحيث اول ما تبصله بس يقوم جاى ف ثانيه عشان يشوفك محتاج ايه

كنت الاول بسجل اسامى عشان اتكلم عنها لكن مبقتش ملاحق
تخيل لما تروح فندق وتحاول تخلى حتى ولو واحد ياخد جيد جدا مش هتلاقى لان كلهم امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف🥰

الف شكر للى دربهم التدريب المحترف ده وتحيه من القلب لكل موظف ف كل سم ف الفندق .. حقيقى تستاهلوا كل الخير🫡

اما بقى تفصيلات الفندق ف دا محتاج بوست لوحده

مطاعم الاسناك متوزعه توزيع ممتاز وفيها كل حاجه ممكن تكون محتاجها دا غير شياكتها
عصاير كلها فريش وايس كريم ميجا واوريو
كيدز اريا الاطفال مميزه ومتنوعه وليها بسين خاص بيها متناسب مع الاعمار اللى فيها

يمكن السلبيه الوحيده ف الفندق هو الضعف النسبى لفريق بالليل وقت الشو
وكمان ان عمق البسينات كلها 120 سم ودا سيستم لكل مجموعة جاز على مستوى الجمهوريه وكنت اتمنى انها تكون متنوعة العمق لتلبى كافة الاحتياجات

The services were amazing the whole team where helpful. A special thanks to Masouda in which she helped us with evreything we need all the details the spa reservations also the dinner bookings.

We loved everything about this place. The rooms were clean, the pool was wonderful, and the entire resort was spotless. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always helpful.

- Personal wirklich sehr gut (außer die Kollegen die einem Zusatzdinge verkaufen wollen und einen jeden Tag anlabern - aber das ist überall in Ägypten so)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff who were always available and ready to assist.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well taken care of, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The food was excellent, with a good variety and great taste that suited the whole family specially in Aurora resturant.

Thanks to the animation team, who were full of energy and created a great atmosphere throughout the day. They made sure everyone was having fun and enjoying their time.
The kids club was also a great experience for our children

What impressed us the most was the attitude of all the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, polite, and always smiling, which really added a special touch to our holiday.

Overall, it was a fantastic family vacation, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked the whole place

Since this hotel officially opened, I haven't wanted to stay anywhere else. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Masoud and Mr. Ahmed at the main restaurant for their outstanding service. In fact, all the staff are professional and make every stay enjoyable.

Die Swim-Up-Suite mit eigenem Gemeinschaftspool mit toller Sicht auf das Meer war toll. Der hoteleigene Aquapark hat die Kinder ebenfalls gefreut.

الخدمة ممتازة والمكان اكثر من رائع وبلنسبة لي من ارقي الامكان التي زرتها حول العالم وميس مسعودة شخصية استثنائية ومجهود جبار من اجل راحة العملاء والمطاعم خدمة ممتازة بكل تأكيد سنكرر الزيارة مره اخري

- The hotel is beautiful, very modern, and surrounded by lots of greenery. It has several large swimming pools, so it never felt crowded. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, both by the pools and on the private beach, which made it very easy to relax at any time of the day. The hotel is very well maintained, with staff constantly cleaning, gardening, and taking care of every detail. You can really see how much effort is put into keeping the entire property beautiful and spotless.
- The à la carte restaurants were excellent. We loved the concept, and the food was absolutely delicious. The drinks at the pool were also very good, and the pool waiters provided outstanding service, always paying attention to individual requests and making sure everyone was happy.
- The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. We have honestly never experienced such attentive, friendly, and welcoming people. Every morning and evening we were greeted with a genuine smile, and everyone created such a positive atmosphere. A special thank you goes to the waiters at the Aurora Restaurant, as well as the animation team, especially Nmnm and Momo. They truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. They are incredibly friendly, full of energy, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. We had many wonderful conversations with them, and they always spread happiness and good vibes.
- Every evening there was different entertainment, and the hotel is very family-friendly. During the day there were many activities such as boccia, yoga, and Zumba, so there was always something to do.
- Finally, a big thank you to Massaouda Mezni, who gave us such a warm welcome on arrival, was always available whenever we needed anything, and also gave us a lovely farewell when we left.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely come back!

Great service and great food. Entertainment was fantastic throughout and you can tell they go above and beyond for their guests. We will definitely visit again in the future!
