Fun and fitness
Pros:

The resort is huge — we were walking about 15,000 steps per day just within the hotel grounds! There are big swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds. Dining options are varied, and the ability to go to different restaurants for dinner really makes a difference. There are five to choose from, and our favorite is the Mexican one.

Cons:

Swimming from the shore is tricky, need to use jetty to reach deeper water.

Pros:

This is a great hotel, we stayed with our 6month old baby and the service was incredible.
The guest relations manager Massaouda was so helpful and proactive, arranging dinner reservations, sourcing a small bathtub, providing lunch for our day trip etc
I would recommend this place to friends and family and would love to return one day!

Pros:

A very beautiful hotel, with very well-maintained rooms and a stunning view. The food was delicious and of good quality. The services were excellent, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

We stayed there in February, and we really loved the heated pools — there were 3 heated pools and 2 very large jacuzzis, one for children and one for adults, with very warm water, which was wonderful.

The manager, Mossuda, and the head chef were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le service est tout simplement irréprochable : un personnel attentif, souriant et toujours aux petits soins, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Le cadre est magnifique et très exclusif, idéal pour se détendre dans une atmosphère luxueuse et calme.
Mention spéciale à la localisation à Sahl Hasheesh, une des plus belles zones de la mer Rouge.

Nous avions également apprécier le large choix du buffet et des 5 restaurants à la Carter. Une nourriture diversifiée et très qualitative

Un hôtel que je recommande les yeux fermés pour des vacances inoubliables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

La struttura si presenta molto lussuosa, le camere sono praticamente dei mini appartamenti, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli!Personale attento e sempre gentile, instancabile!Acqua e bevande vengono offerte in ogni momento, in piscina, al mare, ma anche in tutti i ristoranti!Una coccola continua!Bellissimo il pontile che consente un tuffo diretto tra la barriera corallina!Cibo di qualità, non mancano ristoranti a la carta per la sera che di giorno sono aperti a tutti!Presente un ristorante italiano che offre a pranzo pasta e pizza!Dall’arrivo alla partenza, assistenza del personale!Presente parco acquatico con scivoli gratuiti!

시설도 매우 깨끗하고 직원들이 너무 청소를 열심히 해서 정말 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다.
음식도 너무 좋았고, 남편 생일에 맞춰갔는데 생일 데코레이션 정말 완벽한 휴가였어요.

Amazing hospitality, delicious food, and a beautiful unforgettable stay in Hurghada.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. Ms. Masouda was very kind, friendly, cheerful, and always helpful. The executive chef was amazing, and the Italian carpaccio was excellent. We really enjoyed the Italian and Chinese restaurants. The staff everywhere in the hotel were lovely, welcoming, and made our stay very special.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing significant. Our stay was very enjoyable.

​Nous tenions à remercier chaleureusement Massaouda, notre Guest Relation Manager, pour son accueil exemplaire et son suivi attentionné du premier au dernier jour de notre séjour.
​L'hôtel est flambant neuf, les chambres sont incroyables, spacieuses et dotées d'une literie très confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité des différents restaurants à la carte. Un grand bravo à l'équipe d'animation, véritablement infatigable et toujours pleine d'énergie positive, du matin au soir. Mention spéciale pour la salle de sport qui offre une vue imprenable directement sur la plage.

Cons:

​Une petite suggestion pour améliorer encore l'expérience : il serait appréciable de proposer davantage d'activités pour le Kids Club à l'extérieur (au bord de la plage ou de la piscine) plutôt qu'uniquement à l'intérieur.
