Pros:

Great hotel for families safe,clean and peaceful the kids loved the pool .there are various swimming pools and aqua. The staff are helpful and the food is varied and delicious

Fabulous!
Pros:

Had a fab stay at the hotel. Great service throughout and everything was well looked after.

A special mention to Abanoub Eid from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to help us with a number of requests and issues during our stay. He was always helpful, responsive and made things much easier for us.

Amazing 😍😍 highly recommended
Pros:

The room was great, the hotel is luxurious and they attended to our needs exceptionally. The food was really good, they have different restaurants and cuisines all around the resort. The children activities was nice, and the pools are clean and spacious. The staff were amazing, they were very engaging with the people and tried to help in every aspect.

Cons:

I would say that the beach is the weak point in this hotel due to tides, you might not be able to swim every day

Excellent rooms (swim-up), service, and attention to detail.
Pros:

The service and attention to detail are truly excellent. The property is new, beautifully maintained, and offers outstanding amenities. There is a great variety of food, with something to suit every taste, and the shows and entertainment are great.

A special thanks to Mr. Abanoub, General Manager, for going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and exceptional. His hospitality and personal attention made a real difference. We would definitely return!

Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel de la réception s'est montré accueillant, prévenant et très efficace,grand remerciement à Mme Messaouda . Le service dans tout l'établissement est de très haute qualité, l'équipe est toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. Mention spéciale pour la restauration : les buffets et les restaurants sont tout simplement excellents, variés et très bien cuisinés. Les infrastructures sont modernes, propres et magnifiques. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
