일단 호텔의 시설이 좋았습니다. 지어진지 몇년안된것같아요. 새거새거. 괜히 좁은 화장실에 욕조 없는것도 좋았어요. 옥상에 대욕장이 있으므로 몸을 담그고 싶으면 대욕장 가면되죠. 방도 넓고 침대 아래도 틔여있어서 캐리어 밀어 넣을 수 있습니다.
아침식사에 대한 평가가 극명하게 나뉘는터라 약간 고민했었는데, 제 기준에서는 매우 만족했습니다.
삿포로의 호텔은 조식이 굉장히 맛있게 나오는 곳이 많은데 (특히 카이센동 등의 퀄리티가 좋음) 그런곳이랑 비교하면 당연히 별로라고 생각될 수 있지만. 기타 다른일본호텔들의 조식과 비교하면 괜찮습니다. 그러나 옵션으로 예약하지않고 별도로 2500엔을 지불하고 드신다면 실망하실수는 있습니다.
요약: 기대는 금물이며, 옵션선택으로 저렴하게 예약해서 먹는다면 만족!

まず綺麗、部屋広い、大浴場あり、朝食の種類多く満足
狸小路内なので、飲食店に困らないのが良かった。大浴場は清潔で、広々していて
街なかのホテルとは思えない規模だったので、予想を超える満足感。コスパ最高で、また利用したいと思う。
接客は良かったと思います。
壁の針金状のオブジェや、レースカーテンにホコリがびっしりでした。レースカーテンはホコリだけじゃなく汚れもあったので洗った方がいいです。
お部屋に空気清浄機がないので、くしゃみが止まりませんでした。
Very close to 狸小路商店街, yet still quiet at night.
Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and tended to disconnect from time to time.
Public bath outdoor space and efficient rooms.
Clean and fairly comfortable. Nice to open a window for fresh air at night.
A couple of things.
The breakfast buffet “last order” rules.
9am instead of 9:30 as it says the buffet is until 9:30.
Staff were dismantling the buffet at 9:15am which was off putting. 9am is pretty early - and allowing for a two hour window is not very accommodating to travellers from different time zones. Why say it’s from 7 to 9:30 am when really it’s from 7 to 9am?
Also sticking to the hard rules of check in being at 3pm instead of being accommodating a bit earlier felt unusual and unwelcoming right from the start.
Maybe train your staff to say things differently than just repeating the same sentence like a robot.
There was also a funky smell in the room.

ロケーションが狸小路沿いですが少し外れているので静かで良かったです。
朝食のバイキングはとても美味しかったです。
設備が新しく特に大浴場が快適でした。
ウォシュレットのノズルが汚れているトイレがありました。
混雑感はなくて良かった
大浴場の露天風呂が無駄がなくて清々しくて良かった
部屋はスタイリッシュなのだが、ゴミ箱がひとつしかないので、洗面所にもほしかった
洗面所のライトが暗くてお化粧するのには不適当

トイレのペーパーが取り出し巻き口が逆に設置されてたので直した
