Pros:

Conveniently located. Service was friendly. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Bedding needs to be upgraded. Rooms are clean, but need a revamp. Breakfast is far too expensive for what you get. Very basic buffet breakfast.

Location was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was clean and comfortable but the bed, carpets and shower are quite dated (shower doors falling of hinges) and show significant signs of wear. The room would benefit from renovation and modernisation.

Pros:

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle is free. The only dining option is the on-site restaurant but it is a pretty good one with quite many options and we could also ask for items not on the menus that they might have. The room is spacious and comfortable. The visual art center and botanical garden are about 25 min walk away.
