Pros:

L’offre de restauration est intéressante et de qualité. Le personnel du restaurant est extrêmement aimable.
La chapelle sur place est mignonne.

Cons:

Logement très spartiate, les chambres sont petites, sombres et la literie peu confortable, la douche fonctionne moyennement bien.
Nous nous attendions à une hacienda pleine de charme et ce n’était pas vraiment cela…

Grosse deception
Cons:

Personnel peu aimable. Plus d’une heure pour faire le check in, ils soutenaient que nous n’avions pas payé alors que nous avions la preuve de virement et leur mail de confirmation sous les yeux. Ensuite pas d’eau chaude , nous avons dû changer de chambre ils nous ont rétrogradé avec une chambre moins chère et moins bien sans proposer de remboursement de la différence. Problèmes de fuites ensuite dans la salle de bain … pas de petit dej , photos trompeuses de la piscine en réalité elle est très sale et plus petite que sur le photo. Hôtel très vieux pas très bien entretenu

Mucha tranquilidad
Pros:

Es un lugar muy tranquilo.
Se conserva muy bien lo antiguo de la hacienda. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y tiene muchas áreas verdes.
La piscina es muy grande y limpia.
El desayuno en el restaurante está muy bien servido y la atención de la señora del restaurante muy buena.
La capilla te ayuda a tener momentos de reflexión.
Está alado de una plaza con Chedraui Super Mercado.
Tiene buen estacionamiento.

Cons:

Todo me gustó. Me volvería a hospedar ahí.

La struttura e bella, tipica hacienda colorata e ristrutturata con parcheggio,peccato per tutto il resto... arrivati dopo 2 ore di macchina per fare check in alle 14h45, al posto delle 15. nessuno parla inglese, poco simpatici, capisco tra una frase e l altra che la receptionist parla di farmi pagare un early check in. le dico che possiamo tornare dopo le 15. torniamo alle 16.30, mi danno le chiavi, entro e l appartemento non era mai stato pulito; torno alla reception, nessun si scusa nessuno dice niente, prendono e vanno di corsa a pulire. nessuno propone nulla, ne di andare alla pisina, ne di offrirci un drink al bar per l attesa; assurdo!! non solo volevano farmi pagare 15 minuti di anticipo al check in ma in piu la camera non era mai stata fatta e nessuno si scusa!la sera abbiamo bevuto una birra al ristorante, la ragazzina non parlava una parola di inglese ma era gentile e sorridente, e stata l unica persona un po carina! classificato 4 stelle, ne vale 2 e soprattutto va bene per una notte di passaggio se no sicuramente in centro si trova di meglio penso

Het is een heel mooi en authentiek terrein, op een voormalige hacienda. Het appartement is wat gedateerd, maar in orde. Het personeel is vriendelijk en het restaurant is redelijk. Het zwembad was prima. De locatie is erg handig om vanuit hier Valladolid (met de auto) in te gaan of Chichen Itza te bezoeken.

Overall a great stay in a lovely and spacious property.

Pool. Location. Gardens. Lovely place to stay at while exploring Valladolid.

Cons:

A bit run down but nothing that would make me leave. The staff is helpful but I wouldn’t consider them super friendly.

Mooie locatie en goede uitvalsbasis voor cenotes
Pros:

Mooie plek met bijzondere binnentuin vol vogels. Leuke huisjes die het heel knus maken.

Cons:

De badkamer was zeer gedateerd en het zwembad leek al lang niet onderhouden. Maar wel fijn om even af te koelen. Met een opknapbeurt zou er veel meer uit de locatie te halen zijn.

Beautiful hotel grounds with lots of plants and colour, I loved the decorations too and the chapel.
Comfortable & very spacious room, dated but guess this is part of the experience.

Cons:

Staff could be more welcoming, like a hello or some sort of acknowledgement in the morning be nice

great place to stay and relax 😊
Pros:

It is a very nice accommodation close to the highway, making it a convenient stop during a road trip.
We stayed during the low season and were almost the only guests, so we were able to fully enjoy the hotel and its peaceful atmosphere.
The food was excellent, and we would definitely recommend staying here. Our children enjoyed it very much as well, especially the lovely pool and the small park area.
Overall, a great place to stay and relax😊
