房間內就有洗衣機 對夏天在外趴趴走流滿身汗的旅人來說 真的是太方便了
服務弟弟很有禮貌也親切 用what's app 聯繫 介紹附近餐廳 購物 地鐵站位置
凌晨的機場接送也安排很好 還what's app 確認 相當溫馨
C/P 值相當高

Cons:

唯一不佳的是房間旁邊是大樓垃圾集散地 還好沒有味道

一番酒店位置超方便，近歌舞伎町、性價比高，適合購物旅行。
Pros:

一番酒店的位置非常方便，性價比不錯！逛完街可以隨時回酒店放戰利品，超實用。
周邊食店和購物點超多，過一條馬路就是歌舞伎町，激安殿堂Donki就在隔壁，去哪裡都非常近。對面還有APA酒店，交通和生活配套非常完善，我很推薦！

Cons:

唯一不足是廁所空間太小，就算三個人入住真的會很擠，連行李箱都打不開。但相對這個價錢，地點這麼方便，我覺得CP值依然很高，絕對值得考慮！

Overpriced and severe lack of hygiene
Cons:

The facility is not maintained properly moreover it was over priced.
In the amount which has been paid I could have easily obtained 4 star accommodation . The bed linen was filthy It was not properly washed, there was a severe lack of hygiene .
Please take this place out of your site . It will surely take your ratings down .
I wish I could've obtained a refund for such deficient services.

Walking distance to malls and meeting points for local tours
Pros:

Convenient stores nearby so it’s a breeze for quick breakfast or late night supper.

The room is too small for 4 people, unlike how it looks like in the photos, there was no enough room for placing our luggage, we could barely move, the beds are too small to fit 2 people each, there is no space to sit and eat, there was mold and insects in the bathroom, there was dust on the ventilation fan, we wanted to checkout and leave on the following morning but the host wasn't cooperative at all and refused all our negotiation attempts
