The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We needed an early flight in the morning so the location was ideal. The entire house was clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again
The only, and minor, negative was that we could not find a hair dryer and with such an early flight we couldn't reach the host. Their texting was still blocking messages early in the morning.
It was literally staying in a nice house without renting the entire thing which is very expensive. It was pretty close to the airport since I had to fly out the next day. It was super easy to just code in and go to your room. Nice kitchen and living room although I just relaxed and had a cup of tea before catching my ride.
Nothing. I didn’t have a problem with the shared bath but I suppose it could be a problem if people needed it on the same schedule.

Not a problem for me, but having to cross a common area to get to a bathroom, and the bathroom potentially being shared, is something some people, including my wife, do not want.
Very nice clean easy to get to the airport
The owner - I think his name is David - is very nice, very kind. The house stays cool on very hot days.
It’s not close to anything much that you could walk to. If the person in the room next to yours makes a phone call at 1:30AM, as what happened to me, you will hear every detail of both sides of the conversation since the walls are paper thin.
The microwave needs to be cleaned!

The owner was a nightmare. I would not stay here again.
The listing did not clearly explain the house rules, and I was confronted by the host multiple times shortly after arrival regarding things that were not disclosed beforehand. The interaction became hostile and stressful, including threats to call the police over what appeared to be misunderstandings about the use of common areas.
I understand that hosts may have expectations for shared spaces, but those expectations should be communicated clearly before guests arrive. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt intimidated and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Future guests may want to clarify all house rules in advance.

Did not specify that it was a shared rental and that we would have only one room. Was not a bad experience just didn’t know we would have other renters in the space.

It's a freaking Group Home. I have severe Asthma. No head's up about the property being up massive outside steps and a filthy stair case up to 'the room.
No Identifying markings in a residential neighborhood. No decent lighting. Massive amount of stairs. It's a freaking Group 'home: Totally creepy for Women traveling.
