Lovely place!
Pros:

The staff was very kind, the hotel is very clean and very close to the train station, the room was perfect size, very comfortable and very well furnished. Check in and check out are very easy to do yourself even if the staff is not present. They were very kind to allow me to leave my luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checkout. Amazing breakfast and service staff! Overall a beautiful stay and lovely experience!

Pros:

The location was so easy to access from the traun station. Quick self check in. Coffee was excellent. Breakfast was nice touch. The facilities were quaint and clean. Comfy beds. Little stuffy(warm) at night.

Cons:

Loud people closing down bars woke us up.

Mehr Restposten als Frühstückbuffet
Pros:

Eigentlich schönes Hotel an guter Lage.

Cons:

Das viel gerühmte Frühstück entpuppte sich in unserem Fall bereits um 08.00 als Restposten-Buffet. Gipfeli hatte es noch eines und auch die restliche Auswahl sah sehr abgeräumt aus. Die nicht gerade freundliche Bedienung, kümmerte das Buffet wenig, nahm sie sich doch lieber Zeit für einen Kaffee und nicht gerade leisem und zurückhaltenden Kaffeeklatsch. Schade aber halt leider wie so oft Gastronomie Erlebnis "made in switzerland". Wenn schon ausländisches Personal, müsste es auch im CH-Modus geschult werden. Die Österreicher können es besser. Schade.
