الموضفين والموضف حسن خدوم واخلاق وحسن تعامل وتعاون وسرعه في الاجرائات

الشاطئ يقفل 7 بالليل فندق عالمي وتقفل الشاطئ غير معقول الدول الثانيه 24 ساعه .. اشغل السياره في المساء واطلع لشاطئ القريب النخيل اذا كذا استاجر بفندق ثاني واطلع لأي شاطئ ابي ما فيه ميزه عن الفنادق الثانيه

Neglected Facilities and Poor Value for Money!
Pros:

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent, diverse breakfast buffet. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Salem for his high level of professionalism and great service, which was the highlight of my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay fell far below the standards expected of an 'InterContinental' property. The hotel is living entirely on its past reputation, while the reality is outdated facilities and worn-out furniture that cannot justify the premium price charged.
​The neglect is evident everywhere: the garden is poorly maintained, the kids' playground is in disrepair, the theater is abandoned, and there is a noticeable lack of air conditioning in the hallways and lobby. Even basic room amenities, such as a notepad and pen, were missing.

Furthermore, the dinner 'package' was a huge disappointment—severely limited menu options with exorbitant prices, completely unacceptable for a hotel of this class. The brand name and location are simply not enough; in today's market, guests pay for quality and service, both of which are severely lacking here. I would not recommend this hotel in its current state.

للاسف اني ماعاد اجي هذا الفندق بسبب الموقف و التعامل السئ وانا عميل عندهم كل ثلاث ايام من الاسبوع ما اسكن الا في هذا الاوتيل واليوم اخر يوم ولا يمكن اني ارجع لهم كنت ماخذ جناح الملكي الذهبي اعلا شي بالاوتيل وحجزت ثلاث ايام بملغ وقدره لو اخذت شقه مدت سنه افضل لي من الموقف المحرج الي صار ان حاجز ثلاث ايام واتصلو علي فوق مية اتصال رديت عليهم وقلت بمدد قالو ان العميل دفع المبلغ كيف يدفع المبلغ وانا ساكن ولا سالتوني بامدد او لا ولا رجعو لي ابد ف دفع العميل وينتظر جناحه وانا ساكن فيه نتمنى من المسؤلين هذا الاوتيل بتعامل والتصرف الحسن مع العملاء الدائمين
