Beautiful room, great location and very helpful staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great—just a short walk from different stores and restaurnats. It is also 5 minute walk away to the viewpoint where you can watch the hot air balloons at sunrise.
Our room was comfortable, big, and clean with AC and a fridge. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and always helped us with our questions. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options.
If you travel with your own or a rental car, you can park on the street for free. However, the streets are quite steep and can be a little crowded.
Another great thing is that you can book touist tours directly at the hotel, which made planning our trip very easy.

Ресепшн 24ч, очень отзывчивые, всегда на связи в wa. завтрак невероятный, как будто к бабушке в гости приехал, мимо кухни проходишь - держи пирожок :)
Номер с собственной террасой очень уютный: гостинная с выходом еа балкон через окно) и спальня с двумя большими кроватями, душ, джакузи...

Cons:

Единственный минус - нехватка полок и вешалок в шкафу. Вообше мало поверхносией, куда вещи разложить и крючков в ванной

Прекрасное местоположение,у нас был двухкомнатный номер с собственным балконом,с которого открывался прекрасный вид.Сидеть вечерами на этом балконе было,просто превосходно.Персонал очень тёплый,дружелюбный,женщины(имён к сожалению не знаю)которые готовили завтрак,просто чудо,так приятно было,за завтраком беседовать с ними о местности.На рессепшене нам организовали аренду машины и полет на шаре.Очень чистое постельное белье,чистая ванная комната.Я очень довольна,если ,когда то снова поеду в Каппадокию,то обязательно остановлюсь у них.

A perfect Cappadocia experience with incredible hospitality and unforgettable views.
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Cave Hotel. The staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived and were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the terrace offered breathtaking views of Göreme and the hot air balloons. Everything exceeded our expectations

La ubicación del hotel y la habitación estaba muy bien .

Cons:

Nunca funcionó el agua caliente , se lo repetimos varias veces pero nunca pusieron el agua ni tibia, ese nos molestó pues haciamos excursiones diarias y cuando volvias lo que te apetecia era ducharte.

We had a wonderful stay here such a lovely and atmospheric hotel. Cappadocia itself is already an absolutely amazing place but staying somewhere like this made the whole experience feel even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with arranging a transfer and everything went smoothly without any delays or complications. They also helped organise an excursion for us and once again, everything was very well arranged no stress at all and only warm memories from the experience
A special mention to the Turkish breakfast on the hotel rooftop it was truly something special. Very delicious, beautiful setting and such a lovely atmosphere. Sitting there in the morning and enjoying breakfast made the Cappadocia experience feel even more magical
We only stayed for a couple of days but it was genuinely a very memorable experience and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia
