Excellent location, pleasant and affordable accommodation
Pros:

We were greeted with a very nice welcome, the room is beautiful on the third floor with an elevator.
Not a huge room, but very spacious.
The location is excellent, a very short walk to the beach and the evening entertainment venues (about 2 minutes).
The breakfast was delicious and pleasant, with friendly service.
We found parking right next to the hotel entrance.

The mess in the room is of course our stuff :-)

Cons:

There was only air conditioning in the main room, so in this season, it was less of a problem, but in a much warmer period, it could be problematic in my opinion.
In addition, the room was apparently closed a few days before we arrived, so it had a bit of a smell according to my wife.
Again, these two did not prevent us from enjoying the place and the hospitality very much.
