Overall still nice to stay,
Pros:

Like some of the Filipino foods. For the location of the hotel was close to the shopping mall, church, to my family house in Daraga and to my friends house.

Cons:

Coffee was weak in flavour and was not nice. Cereal selection could offer more healthier options. Fruits provided was regularly non existent and should be kept being replenished.
The room was noisy at night time because very close to the main road.

Overall, we had an amazing stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The location is perfect since it sits at the center between Daraga and Legazpi City, there is an easy access to public transportation and banks are just nearby. Breakfast is also amazing, each day we look forward to it.

Cons:

I did not expect the rooms to be so small and there is no elevator.

Making the best use of space available
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and professional. Food in the restaurant was good but buffet breakfast was not replenished quickly to align with numbers of customers.
The bed and pillows were comfortable though and there was hot water in the shower.

Cons:

The room was really small and had no window. I booked a superior double room, I wasn't expecting this.
It was an effort to squeeze in 2 suitcases.
It was ok fir one night.

Overall good stay.
Pros:

Property is clean, close to everything, staff very attentive to needs

Cons:

No elevator , very inconvenient specially if you have big luggages although staff carried my luggages to go to my room, but when checking out you have to carry your luggages down. Key card didn’t function for three times, had to go all the way down to customer service via stairs.

Fair for short stay
Pros:

Cons:

I booked one superior and one deluxe. The superior room was so small. This should just be labeled "standard," not "superior." I upgraded my room to a Premium Room. Amenities are not consistent. The deluxe room has bottled water. In the premium room, no water. The deluxe room was only given lotion on the 2nd day . For the premium room, no Lotion. The layout of the rooms and the floors are confusing.
