Prima verblijf op prachtige locatie
Pros:

Prachtige ligging met mooie grote kamer met uitzicht. Mooi zwembad en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De ontbijtruimte is binnen, klein en niet heel gezellig.
Bij evenementen, die er regelmatig zijn, is het lastig om te parkeren. Als je dat vervolgens aan het personeel kenbaar maakt, wordt het wel opgelost.

Vraiment super agréable
Pros:

La vue est exceptionnelle et le personnel super accueillant.

Cons:

Il manque un petit bar pour un 5-7 la vue est tellement exceptionnelle qu’il serait agréable de pouvoir prendre l’apéro.
Des crochets dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes serait vraiment bien.

שהיה חוויתית במיוחד בגלל הבריכה על הנוף.
Pros:

הנוף מהמם. הבריכה מושלמת. היחס של הצוות היה מדהים. גם הצוות בקבלה וגם המלצריות. עזרו בכל דבר, בלהזמין הסעות ובלשכור רכב. הארוחת בוקר היתה עשירה וטעימה. דאגו גם לאוכל צמחוני.

Memorabile toccata e fuga a Castellammare del Golfo
Pros:

Vista strepitosa.
Ottima colazione.
Nonostante ci fosse un matrimonio, non abbiamo percepito alcun fastidio e la straordinaria collaborazione di Andrea ci ha permesso di parcheggiare l'auto nonostante ci fossero tantissime auto degli invitati.

Smuk udsigt og flotte værelser.

Cons:

Levede ikke op til at det var et 4 stjernet hotel, da der ingen faciliterer var. Derudover måtte man ikke blive på hotellet ved check ud, selvom ens fly først gik senere på dagen.

Naprosto úžasný hotel z krásným výhledem a perfektními službami
Pros:

Perfektní hotel s nádherným výhledem na město a celou zátoku. Poblíž skvělá restaurace, kde se moc příjemně venku pod stromy z výhledem na zátoku. V hotelu je i skvělý bazén.
Pro výlety do okolí naprosto skvělá volba.
Parkování zadarmo. Moc příjemný a ochotný personál.

Cons:

Snad jen u snídaně, jsou krásné výhledy, ale vycházející slunce je přes velké okna moc ostré. Stačilo by do oken možná dát rolety pro větší stín.

Parfait pour une escape à Castellamare del Golfo.
Pros:

Hôtel très propre et conforme à la description ainsi qu’aux photos, vue imprenable sur la ville et la côte de Castellamare del Golfo, piscine qui donne directement sur ce paysage exceptionnel ce qui est très appréciable en plein mois d’août. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Beaucoup de grands espaces qui mériteraient d’être rentabiliser et optimiser par exemple la création d’un restaurant sur place qui serait j’en suis certaine vivement apprécié par les clients.

Schöne Location
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind ein Traum. Die Zimmer genügend gross und mit einer wahnsins Aussicht. Als Info nebenbei, es ist auch eine Eventlocation als am Weekend finden Hochzeit, Partys usw. statt - heisst Lärm.

Cons:

Frühstück erst um 8.30 für meinen Geschmack zu spät, und auch nur bis 10:00 Uhr. Checkin erst am ab 16.30..viel zu spät geht in meinen Augen gar nicht.

Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft und auch danach noch nachgefragt, ob wir nach dem Check-out noch am Pool bleiben können bis ca. 13 Uhr, dies wurde uns auch vor und durch den Hotel-Manager zugesagt. Wir haben sogar 2x nachegafragt. Am Tag unserer Abreise , hat der Hotelmanager seinen Mitarbeiter vor mir gerügt, wieso das er uns keine Gebühr verrechnet hatte. Dabei hatte er vergessen, dass er der war der uns versichert hatte das wir bleiben können und von Gebühren nichts gesagt hat. Wir wollten dann natürlich bezahlen dies hat er aber abgelehnt.
